Went to help my dad get a new phone . It took a while but was satisfied with the visit. Thinking about switching to boost myself cant beat $40 unlimited compared to my 300 for 2 lines.

I went to get the ebb I was approved for and the lady tried  but I couldn't get it.  It's sad when I have been approved for this service. She gave me a sim card and it still doesn't work.  This program would really help me to save money which I would have for my groceries but I have to have a phone so I ended up having to pay the $50 in order for my service.   This is suppose to be free and if I had it I would be so much free to buy my grocies. You need to train for better service

Do not allow them to change the sim card. Said mine needed upgrading but I was left with a inoperable. Phone refused to correct the problem.  Clame was boost problem and boost claimed it is dealers responsibly to provide a working phone. Niether one will correct the issue or return my calls

Is anybody at this location that actually wants to work. I sat right in front and called 3 times while there were NO customers and still no answer. Its sad when you have to be rude just yo get proper service. Plus, are these people properly trained?? They dont know how to apply the Ebb/acp program to your phone line, or is it that they dont want to so youll have yo keep paying $50 mo. This is by far the WORST boost mobile in the Quad Cities. Shut it down!!!!

I have the cool pad phone i go back the next day to buy the screen protector for it and I get home and it don't fit . So I call up there and they say they cant give me my money back for it but I can bring it up there and they will see what they can do .I get there he say oh that the one that go to it mind you the sides of the phone is not under the screen protector  .the one in East Moline .and bad costumer service.

I have had my HTC Bolt since 7/6/17and it is not working. Can't answer call, texts, or shut off alarms because the buttons don't respond. When it does let me in it has either a bunch of horizontal lines or it looks like it is trying to load 100 home pages. I am told that I may have to pay for repairs and pay to mail it to you to try to fix it. I should not have to pay for anything because it is not my fault that I was given a defective device. The supervisor for tech support can't tell what falls under the limited warranty. I will never recommend this phone or Boost to anyone. Your service sucks! I was hung up on. Another just kept repeating the same thing. Another tells me I can send it using any carrierie FedEx which I already know duh! But can't give me the address to send the phone. Then the supervisor said that I have to wait another 24-48 hours to see if I can get approved to not have to pay for shipping the phone for repairs. This is totally unacceptable in my book. I can't get a loaner from either HTC or Boost and I am supposed to be happy with this? No I am not happy. I will tell everyone not to use either company: HTC or Boost. And forget about Boost caring if you have a proper working phone. They will not help you either.

Really bad customer service.. Dude didnt add my insurance that i clearly paid for and have receipt for.. So basically am being screwed out my money.. I live an hour away.. Not like i can drive two streets down like excuse me.. Then said manager never comes into the store. When another employee said differently.. Too much going on in there

um im just wondering if they can fix this glitch my camera is black and wont work but its in perfect condition and do they fix microphones? like or reply as yes and if you can reply how much do you think itll cost?
