Boot Barn

My son and I are leaving for Georgia in a few days and the boots I ordered online were not going to be here in time. The only size 15 steel toed boots I could find in the entire city were at Boot Barn. The gentleman who helped us, Isaac, was very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the products, including fire resistant clothing. Understanding our situation he led us to the clearance rack and found what we needed. The store actually has big and tall sizes available in the store. Thank you Isaac.

I had a terrible customer service experience. It started out when I called the store to simply ask if they had a particular boot in stock. The salesman David told me he didn’t have time to go look, he was dealing with customers. I said okay that’s fine, I can call back later. He then tells me he won’t have time later, I just need to drive into the store. At this point I’m irritated. I drive to the store & the exact same guy tells me the same thing in person, he doesn’t have time to go look. Long story short, I ended up buying the same brand & model of boots at Cavenders for 30% less. The service at Cavenders was top notch first class

The manager lady with a limp is RUDE! Rude to customers. Rude to staff. Every worker looks like they hate being there. I used to always shop at Boot Barn. Not anymore. I don’t know what happened to the old managers, but y’all should get them back.

Everything in boot barn is made in China in the boots, the Cody, James the only thing that is, it is the apparel wranglers and Ariat and they are probably made in China. The truth be known, The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life cheapest clothes, just a terrible place to shop in general. If you want to support the Chinese government buy your apparel there, nothings made in the USA.

Beautiful boots. Prices are good. Staff is nice. Anika is the BEST! She has the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced!! She deserves a raise. She is super helpful and friendly and professional and just all around great.

Absolutely unbelievable store and staff in a great way. I will be shopping more at this store after this heart warming experience. Saunya should be commended for her outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable, listens to understand the want/need and has a big heart. Felt like family at this store.

The selection seems endless. Plenty of choices for every occasion. Great selection of work boots.

The store is good and people are friendly good customer service, but the Prices are a little bit too high in every thing Barn give very little discount about 10%now their Higher than Cavendars specially the western hats are very high calendars having a good deal right now 30% discount for the holidays and everything and boot Barn don’t have much sales ! Don’t get me wrong it’s a very good store but to Pricey for me I go for discounts are a little bit higher

Great store with fun items. Staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately when we checked out, the credit card system was down and continued to be for the rest of the day. I had to get cash to pay for our items. Maybe not their fault but an inconvenience for me.
