Nice store that is staffed with friendly and helpful staff. Pricing is decent and selection is pretty good.
Come to fine me some low heels shoes I found Some that I really like. The price was good so I got two pairs.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a pair of shoes from here literally wore them for an hour and she wouldn't take them back bc the were "too dirty" i said i could literally take a brush and brush that off of their with minimum effort and she told me " Good you take them home and do that then our job is not to clean shoes" Incredibly rude and I will never be shopping here again. Paid $40 for shoes I can't even wear because they hurt my feet so bad and were made cheaply.
Love the prices but I went in there because I saw a sale and I was looking at the baby shoes for my baby. If the same person didn’t ask me what I needed help 3 times and what I was looking for and 3 other employees in less then 15 minutes. I’m guessing because I had a bag u thought I was stealing . So insulted I dropped what I had on the shelf and left. And I was really wanting those sandal and stuff I had for my baby but not giving you any of my money after that.
My husband and I came shoe shopping.... Awesome customer service!! Lady on the floor was amazing!!! The cashier was kind and upbeat loved her sense of humor!!!
This store was great until Laura took over as store manager. She tries to kick out former employees, has employees watch you if you are a minority group but says nothing if it’s a group of white people, among other unprofessional things. And then she wonders why nobody wants to work for her/turnover rate is so high!! If you or your child are looking for a job, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Worst shoe store I’ve ever been to! Ha need a shoe it won’t be under the display it’s going to be under a completely different one down the isle. O and when you finally find your show and size there will only be one in the box and no one will know where it is.
Great prices and large assortment of styles but only one shoe available in each size. Customer service is lacking. We weren't made to feel like valued customers. No greetings no eye contact. I asked the clerk to find my size at another store and I felt like I was begging.
Very racist. The black manager checked out 2 hispanics and a black person but told me they were closed and it was only 549. And refused to give the managers name. I will not shop there again. You close at 6 not 12 minutes before.
