Boot Barn

Drove 2 hours to shop here. My daughter found the boots she wanted to purchase but needed to ask the employee for help Finding the match. When it was located the employee for some reason asked if she had worn a pair of boots before? She replied yes. Has been wearing boots since she was 6, now 23. Asked if that was the pair she planned on buying, my daughter replied that she was still deciding between 2 pair. Asked if she needed fit. My daughter politely replied no, that it’s about the fit on the calf. Told us that the calf can be stretched. Replied that she knew that and had calf stretchers, After this the employee started to get more condescending. Assured her that we were good and thanked her for her help. We parted ways. My daughter chose the pair she wanted. Then we shopped a bit more throughout the store. We then went to the front to get in line at the register, at this point the same employee approached again and told that we didn’t know what we were talking about. Both my daughter and myself responded this time telling her that we didn’t require the service.. waited for 10 min for the other employee to check out one person with a single pair of boots while the other continued to lurk in our vicinity. Finally we decided that this is not the place we wanted to spend our money and walked out!

Amazing help and service. They help you make the right purchase not just a purchase...

First time in a boot barn. I really liked their selection. Would have easily spent 200 or 300 hundred dollars in their today. Unfortunately they kicked me out because I had my 11 pond non service dog with me.

Had a very nice time browsing this store. As well as boots there is some pretty jewelry and clothes.

Great boot experience smells great place is very clean monster variety of boots and fashion but they do have a very limited variety of work boots so if you do go there for work boots they do have great Styles and Brands but you're not going to see a huge variety as you do with fashion boots but yeah I'm sure you'll find what you're looking

I’ve noticed the service getting worse in the stores, really a hit or miss. Last night I placed an order for $20 boot inserts, tonight I got the order confirmation and noticed it was going to the wrong store. I emailed them and nicely explained what happened and hoped they could just send a pair to the correct store. I was told they could not do that. This surprised me cause it’s not like they are out the money… it’s going to their store! So I replied explaining that…still got told no cause it already shipped. Again this blew my mind. So I called customer service. Same result… pulled a Karen and asked for the manager… same result. I’m still stunned that they didn’t even offer to send another pair to the correct store and see if I’d be ok paying for the pair going to the correct store and then just getting refund from the wrong store when they arrived….nope they just don’t care!! I have purchased about 4 pairs of boots, couple pair of jeans, hoodies, etc. I’ll be rethinking any future purchases and I’ll be shopping Amazon tonight for my boot inserts!!

I had to return a pair of boots my son received as a gift, due to a defect after only a month of wear. I could not locate the receipt and was worried that the Boot Barn would not exchange or refund. I was able to speak with the assistant manager, Tamara. She was fantastic! Tamara was very patient with us and took the time to locate our information. She spent 30 minutes going back through old transactions and was able to find it. Its hard-to-find people that will go out of their way for others, wanting nothing in return, these days. I know it is her job to help but most people would have given up or told us sorry we were out of luck without a receipt. We will be shopping again at Boot Barn because of the kindness Tamara showed us, thank you very much.

We had a very successful trip the other day. Johanne helped us pick out cowboy boots and boy was that a learning experience. She was a wealth of knowledge! We ended up with his and hers and I think my bf is ordering more online! Thanks Joanne for helping us we love our choices and the fit!!!

Employees are hard working and helpful but whoever is in charge of not getting the cash registers POS working or working with everyone transaction taking 10 minutes each needs the "boot". Line of 35 people, only 2 working registers between 4 employees. That is not ok. Again great people and products. Slow service due to bad machines.

Out of all the styles that this store carries, I finally decided on one pair. Justin is the brand name. They look weathered and worn already. With a pair of Levi's, you'll be looking sharp! I paid $200 for them. They will last a long time and I always get a compliment when I wear them out.
