I just want to thank the workers that were working on the night of February 17, 2023. These people saved our lives by letting us into their store after we heard a couple gun shots close by. So, THANK YOU to these amazing people!!!
I swiped a pair of shoes for a different size and the process was easy, quick and everyone was nice.
The young lady that helped us was so nice and patient with us. My Grandson was so hard to please. She tried her best. Great customer service.
Every store in Tanger is open, but Finishline isn’t are at 11:10 AM
Walk in and there was three employees just sitting thier on there phone and not one single person say hey or welcome in. Actually I even had one walk in the back as soon as I walk in. I have Never felt disrespected like that and won’t be walking back in anytime soon. About ten minutes in a guy finally decided to put his phone down and talk to me and told me they don’t get anything new in and kinda walk away after that. They all legit were on their phones completely ignoring me and anyone else who walk in. They were not even doing work. Felt like they didn’t even wanna be thier and I was a bother to them as a customer to be in the store so I decided to walk out and not buy anything. Wanted some Nike shirts and would have spent money but not in that store.
The customer service here was atrocious. I came in to the store with two children, ready to purchase shoes. The ONLY reason I did buy here is because I had time constraints. No one greeted me when I walked in, even though there were five young male employees hanging around the cash registers. Finally one of them DID pleasantly offer a greeting. When we were ready to try on shoes I had to go to the counter to request assistance. No sales associate stayed with me to see if I needed another size or style. When I wanted to have the second child try on shoes I again had to go and request help. Again, no one appeared to care whether or not I bought shoes. Definitely, definitely this store needs a huge improvement in their customer service training. Perhaps this is Finish Line’s new business model? I will definitely not be back!
Visited the Charleston store on 9/21/2021. The employee was very rude. Felt like I was bothering her by asking for a shoe in my size. I then asked if I could order it in store and have it shipped to me and she basically told me to go do it myself. The worst part is she was orienting someone new who actually had better customer service etiquette and apologized on her behalf.
There was a young man who was very helpful. He worked the floor and the register. I apologize that I didn't get his name.
I got a sweet pair of new shoes for a great price. After getting home, I realized they were a little big, and came back to exchange for half a size smaller and they were really chill about it I didn't even bring my receipt! Five stars, easy.
Had a really good experience in Finish Line. I needed some shoes and some clothing for a friend's birthday party and I'm not sure what he wanted. The associate help me pick out what my friend said he hoped to get for his birthday. The associate showed me what they had on sale and what I could order online and together I got a great birthday present for my friend and my friend was surprised
