Boot Barn

Like Superman has problems with kryptonite, I have problems with Boot Barn. I have nothing negative to say about Boot Barn, other than the fact, every time I go there, I walk out of there with something very expensive. I'm kind of a leather junkie, so they have all the accessories I need. My first experience with Boot Barn was in Tulare California. I was leaving the agricultural show, that happens every year in Tulare. The traffic on the highway was astronomical, and I saw the Boot Barn at the next exit. I thought I could kill some time while waiting for the traffic to calm down somewhat. I wound up buying a very expensive pair of boots, which I still wear today some 15 years later.

Great selection, friendly staff. Worth it if you stay away from the Cody James styles that are overly priced.

Nice, clean, orderly, good selection, and floor clerks very friendly and helpful!. One drawback was the extremely slow cashiers. Being friendly and asking questions is fine, but it has a limit, especially if there is a line and people have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for one and every transaction. The three times I recently went there, I stood in line for much too long, abnormally long for simple purchases! Got Christmas cards once and the clerk put the wrong amount on one, so I had to get another one. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

What a great place! Everything from tips to toes. Hats, shirts, dresses, jeans, boots, socks and insole inserts! Great customer service and if they don't have something they will help you order it online.

If you are looking for a one stop shop for western wear, Boot Barn is the place. When You walk through the door you are greeted by their courteous staff and the smell of nice leather boots. The staff was kind and very helpful, any time I felt lost or had a question they were happy to help. They have an excellent foot wear selection ranging from boots to slippers and everything in between. Everything is organized and displayed nicely. Clothes and jackets to belts, wallets and hats. Boot Barn has a little of everything you are looking for.

I ordered boots and had them sent to store, after the sales person had spent a good 20 minutes answering questions and making suggestions while I tried on different pairs. When they arrived I was called to let me know I could come get them. When I got there I tried on the boots I ordered and really didnt like the look. I ended up finding a completely different pair which they let me exchange for without making me feel bad in any way. Thank you BootBarn for helping me and educating me on what would be most comfortable for me.

Staff was very friendly and even looked for boots for me at other stores. They had some beautiful boots, large selection and some really cute clothes. If you are looking for cowboy boots this is the place to go!

Staff was attentive but not annoying. I was asked by every employee if I needed help. When I said I was OK and just looking they respected that and let me check things out at my leisure. There are so many boots it's incredible. There is also quite a bit of quality work and western wear. I was not expecting to see what I did when I walked in through the front doors. I was impressed. Having a choice of so many boots to try on to see how they feel is very cool.
