What a huge collection of boots and hats they have one can never find anywhere else. Store is well organised so easy to get what you need. 25% is full with footwear . At one corner they have all the hat collection to choose from. The clothing line is really good for men. Wrangler or Levi’s collection what you get here is not what you will find in other store outlet. Women clothing too was good .
It was my first time at this location buying a pair of boots! Sharla helped me find the perfect fit and was so sweet through the entire process. She also helped me sign up for the rewards. If you’re looking for a personable experience come to this location!
First time boot buyer here and Miss Sharla made it a great experience. She explained the ins and out of boots and how it should fit and feel. I didn't feel pressured or forced on buying a highend boot. She listened to my needs/wants and guided me to the boot for me. She also helped me buy a pair of boots for my wife as well. Store was very clean and organized. Highly recommend.
I really wanted a pair of boots for an event I'm going to but was nervous to go to this store due to the reviews i read about lack of customer service. I was greeted when entering the store and explained I needed to be sized. Someone was called to assist me and they met we in the boot area. Sarah was very patient and informative. I showed her what I found on their website and she explained the ordering, ship to store and the return process. She was able to find boots very similar to what I liked online and I purchased the perfect boots plus another pair just because lol. Everyone was attentive and very nice. I would definitely shop there again.
It's got a lot of inventory and a fair amount of women's boots. The ones i liked were $400-$500 for a pair. The guy we had to find to help us wasn't very helpful but we got buy. Didn't buy anything today.
I found everything I was looking for and the staff were helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms were in shambles, however. The shelves and racks were in need of straightening. The selection of boots was exceptional. Prices for shirts and denim pants were higher than I anticipated, but there were discounts that helped with the final tally.
Worst first time experience. Did not get greeted at the door and never got approached to see if I needed help. The associate that I found went to the back to find the pair I was wanting to buy and never give me an update. I had to go up to her and ask if she had found the pair or what. Her reply was “oh it’s at the front.” I went to the checkout line tried them on they were not the same pair of boots. And they do not give boxes. Decided to not buy anything. Won’t be going back.
Went to this Boot Barn for boots and a hat for a western themed wedding. Being a New Englander what do I know? All the staff here were amazing. They all had an area of expertise wether it be boots or hats. Every employee made us feel comfortable and were extremely helpful. I would like to give special recognition to Abel who clearly loves what he does and made sure our hats were fitted perfect to our heads. 5 stars all the way, keep up the good work!!! We will be back next time we travel to see my son!
Beverly was amazing to work with! Got a new hat and was shown how to properly maintain it. Will be back in the near future.
Awesome team up here! The helpfulness of the staff was something to remember. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. They send you a promo email and discounts right off the bat. Store is nice and clean and has a good amount of merchandise selection. I will be returning to this location as I find myself in the area.
