They are a big and tall shop that is filled with stylish clothes with great prices. I had multiple options of nice leather dress shoes, pants. jackets. Honestly it was weird being able to find shoes and pants! The sales ladies ganged up and dressed me in a great ensemble, honestly Ill be going back to check out sneakers and casual wear.
The Frisco Store is AMAZING! I wish I had taken photos. The store is beautifully maintained. They had absolutely everything I was looking for and in the size I needed. I also sped through their sales area, which is the best organized and largest I have seen in any store. The associates on the floor supported each other and me, they were professional and help. All around great experience. I will be back the next time I'm in town.
Recently I did some shopping. I examined my options at multiple competitors. My conclusion is that DXL has a higher quality of clothing. Additionally, the in store Customer Service or help I received is much more personalized and consistent than any other similar Clothing store. They have earned my business.
As always a top notch store! Pretty much the premeir DXL location in the Metroplex! Manager is a very smart lady who understands the needs of both the big and tall. As ALWAYS, Johann is probably the top customer service person for the company...and the whole staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Shopped here recently and had a great experience. Was only looking for a shirt but found several items that I liked the fit and feel of. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and well kept.
Awesome service. Johann was very professional and got me the suit I needed quickly. Everything fit the first time I tried it on. Definitely going back to buy more clothes.
It is a very clean, organized store and they have really good selection and variety. My favorite place to purchase my clothes. The experience was very nice and the associates are really helpful
I went in to get a complete outfit for after five affair. The service and selection was outstanding. I got exactly what I wanted and everything fit perfectly. Very impressed with my sales person and the selection available.
Everyone at the frisco store is always so nice and helpful! I don’t really like to shop for clothes but they make it not so bad.
Johan was incredibly friendly and great to work with. The store was quiet and well stocked. Definitely one of my go-to places now.
