From start to finish, Jerry and his team treated us like family. He was attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide us through the tough process. They also had knowledge of our cultural traditions and helped us set up, guide the guest, and ensure that our loved one was properly taken care of. We are especially thankful that he was able to find time to accommodate us on short notice which allowed us to properly grieve our loved one through our traditions. We highly recommend Bosak Funeral Home and can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us and our family.
Our family had both our moms 2018 and fathers 2022 service here and we could not have had a better experience at such a sad and emotional time. Jerry answered every question we had and always got back to us very promptly. Thank you to all your staff and thank you Jerry for everything that made our experience the best it could have been. Our first time dealing with a funeral. We are so glad that a friend recommended Jerry & his team at Bosak. They took care of all of the arrangements while we were grieving. We didn’t have to worry about it. Everything went smoothly & timely. Plus, we were impressed by their patience and kindness.
Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation treated us like family. They helped my family through an extremely difficult time. Lee was very understanding and supportive through the whole process of planning our loved ones services. The staff was compassionate and attentive to our family during the services. We are eternally grateful.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Very rude and unsympathetic. Passive aggressive and snippy to grieving family. Unorganized, non-communicative, and disrespectful. Judgmental and dismissive of family’s wishes, rolled eyes at praying family members, kept laughing and smiling while we were crying. Rudely rushed us instead of asking politely even though they were the ones who held us up due to ignoring / forgetting about a request made by the family, and acted like we were the problem. Created such a tense, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable environment where we felt judged and constantly watched at a time when all we wanted was empathy and kindness. Deeply regret choosing this place.
EXCEPTIONAL!!! There aren't enough words to express the commitment the owner and staff displayed while making preparations for my families loved one.The quality of compassion and professionalism is unsurpassed. During one of the most difficult times in your life to have to make decisions as these, Jerry and his staff listened intently to our requests and exceeded our expectations in every aspect and beyond! It is with great honor and humility that I submit this review of Bosak’s Funeral Home and Creamation. On August 1, 2020 our family lost a well loved and cherished man. From the moment we stepped in the door to make arrangements until the moment we picked up the urn, we were treated with dignity and respect. The patience shown to our family through this whole process was unlike any of us thought possible. We were supported through the whole process, which is very rare, but even rarer during covid times. Jerry, Rick and the entire staff sat with us while we cried, we mourned, and we celebrated the life and legacy of this great man. I would not think twice about recommending Bosak’s to people facing a similar experience. While many of us hope we never have to face the process of losing a loved one, it is unfortunately inevitable. I know that if you choose Bosak’s you will not be disappointed by the care and support provided throughout your process.
Words cannot express how compassionate everyone was at the time of need. Jerry and the team listened, helped and assured that all would be in great hands. The minute you walked in it felt like home. Very friendly and clean facility. Thank you!
