Salesman was so patient with my elderly inlaws, explained everything and even gave him his own plug in base to charge his headphones because my father in law was freaking out he didnt know where to buy one of those. I cant say enough how awesome they were to them and they can be a handful. Will definitely shop here again.

Love the staff that works here. They are super helpful and willing to listen to your problems. The Bose QC35 II is hands down my favorite pair of headphones for commuting. The whole world gets drowned out by the noise canceling features.

My 3+ year old headphones malfunctioned. I came in to see if they could fix them or replace them. They weren't able to repair them but gave me a new pair for an unbelievable price that was less than 50% the normal price. I was so happy at how bose takes care of their long time customers.

I purchased two 2 Bose noise canceling headphones directly from Bose in May of 2017. This date was verified by Bose. As of February of 2019 both units failed. In both cases only one ear worked. The other does not. Bose refused to exchange for a working product. Instead the offered a discount on replacement. Sorry, Bose but your product clearly doesn’t last a reasonable amount of time. Avoid these products. Sennheiser offers a two year warranty at no extra charge.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure sales people make visiting this Bose store a very pleasant experience. I had an issue pairing a headset with my phone and the staff went beyond my expectations to solve the problem.

I stand by their products, you get what you pay for, I got ear buds there on sale for 50 dollars, and they lasted years and I only lost them on a trip to the wash.
