I love Tory Burch. One of my favorite brands. This is probably the worst shopping experience. Despite the store not being busy, no one pays attention to you. The sales associates just stood and stared. They definitely treat you by the way you look. If you come off looking rich, they’ll help you first. Disgusted. Will never return.
Mother’s Day was super busy at Short Hills! Nonetheless, Erika, my stylist was AMAZING! I observed her cater to so many ladies simultaneously…offering bottled water, shoe color & style options. While juggling and delighting customers, she created a nice shopping experience. Looking forward to future purchases with Erika. I’ve shopped at this store for over 5 years now. I ordered over $150 in products online to gift friends for their upcoming birthdays. When I received my order I realized that I had ordered one pair of flip flops in a size 8 instead of a size 7 this is for a friend whose birthday was in May . I decided that instead of going through the trouble of shipping things back, that’d I’d come to the store to exchange the flip flops for a size 7. This was a simple size exchange; not a return, not for a different style, not for a refund. I spoke with a manager, straight hair, shoulder length, around 50 years old and short height. She proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt which I told her I didn’t have, since I ordered online and that once I receive my orders I delete my emails to keep my inbox clean. I even showed her my credit card statement showing that I had made the purchase and she refused to allow me to exchange the SIZE because the credit card statement doesn’t show item by item. She could have been more helpful in helping me locate the transaction. She could see by looking my name up that I’ve purchased from them since 2013. I am very dissatisfied with this interaction last Friday. I am going to look for another store and make my purchases there. It’s a shame to have been so poorly treated when I’ve shopped for so Long there.
My 15 year old daughter spent 2 hours making her decision on a purse and the sales associates were so patient with us. THANK YOU! We will definitely be back.
I went into Tory to exchange a pair of Miller metal logo sandals which I had purchased online. I was psyched because I received a $50 coupon plus an additional I think it was 20% if you spend a certain amount. I can't be quite sure what percentage I received off. Anyhow, when I went into the store I was a bit nervous about not being able to receive same perks. The store manager assured me they would honor the discount for me. Yay!! Unfortunately, I didn't care for any other sandals they had. Sandals were just not comfortable and too narrow for my wide feet. I did however appreciate the sales person and manager they were both she was very pleasant and helpful.

I would rate zero star if I could. This is the first time I was requested to replace every bags back and organize them well as a consumer. I was told that I cannot ask for price only if I place the order. I got discrimination because I'm an Asian. Manager's attitude was the worst I never see before. I feel upset and leave. And I was told that I was blacklisted when I shop at another Tory Burch. Yes, this is Tory Burch. Worst ever. Won't buy this brand anymore.
I went to the store to ask for a shoe repair, however, the sales ladies helped me but were not accommodating! I was very disappointed coming out of the store. I had paid full price for the shoes and they were not cheap. I didn't wear them for too long and the bottom came off. I was hoping the store would be more flexible and take the shoes for repair. Instead, I was turned away and asked to get in touch with the shoe repair myself! Very poor customer service to say the least. I would not shop there again.
Excellent service... One request when packing gift take the price tag out... Rest service is excellent
