Visited Bose in the hope of fixing my protective lid for Bose Sound Sport charging port. The staff replaced it with a new bluetooth earphones. Super impressed with this experience. Bose has got a new customer for life!

Just putting my review a year after we bought the bose lifestyle 600, we bought it December 9, 2018, Applied credit through them and Still paying on it, December 20, it just stopped working, no more power and the red light is on at the console. We called bose repair center and found out January 2019 the product warranty already expired, which bose store in Livermore did not disclose this information when we bought the unit. I know the unit we bought was refurbished but they should warn their customers about that piece of information. Now we had to send it back and pay $160 for repair and who knows if bose repair center can still repair it. I am just frustrated that I am continue paying hard earned money to the unit that was defective and no longer functional!
