Good selection of clothes. But I do question staff service... I'm not expecting to be waited on. But staff really didn't seem to care when I was in the store searching long and furiously through the entire stock multiple times for a good gift for my partner who lives abroad. When I finally picked out 2 shirts and a pair of socks, at the register the staff were cheering "YES FINALLY SOMEONE IS BUYING THIS UNDEFEATED SHIRT AT LAST!" to the other staff. Then they all started cheering. How am I supposed to feel as a customer, knowing that I just bought a product the store staff doesn't even want around? :/
The have a really good selection of clothes for all ranges of activities. From work clothes Carhartt and such to comfy chill clothes tech fleece joggers from city lab. It's probably more of a hipsters paradise than anything but the customer service is great, the prices are reasonable I guesswhatever that means in this day and age. I paid 50ish dollars down some amazingly comfortable tech fleece sweatpants. depending on what you're definition of reasonable is, that's either way to much, a good price or if your IPO just dropped and you can actually afford to live on your own in the Bay Area chump change. Either way, great selection, great service, I assume prices are reasonable but to each, their own, location is great in the sense that it's breathing new life into an area that's been neglected for as long as I can remember. The location is terrible for trying to park though. Trying to park in downtown Oakland during business hours though can be next to impossible. I was able to park a block away and that's lucky.
Very courteous sale staff . Name brand merchandise such as Levi's. Outdoor seating on weekends with various vendors selling food and drinks. Clean and secure situated in Old Oakland. Children friendly.
