I had the half chicken meal with green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The food was hot, fresh and fast. The chicken was moist with crisp skin. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a great experience.
The staff here is great! The manager sure knows how to take care of customers. The food is hot and not stale. This location has plenty of customers that keep the food always moving. Sometimes you have to wait for chicken, but usually it is not long.
the only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because I can't give 0. I showed up at peak dinner time. i stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10 minutes. when I finally was waited on the side all were almost gone. I was told a wait on a side and a potpie. I also overheard two employees talking about having nothing but dark meat for the rest of the night. I just think at 6:30 at night that they would not run out of that much product. EDIT: waited the 15 minutes for the potpie was told after the 15 minutes that it would be another 15 minutes because they did not put the potpie in the oven yet! they did refund my money for the potpie WOW I understand getting busy but I will not be coming back to this one again.
I used to like this place, but after my experience I don't think I will return. They were out of everything except dark meat, so I ordered the 3 peices to go, and they only gave me 2. Unfortunately I only noticed when I went to eat at my desk. They were also out of cornbread, but did say anything or offer a substitute until asked why I hadn't received a piece.
Always great wholesome food at very reasonable prices. When I used to work in the area we'd occasionally go there for lunch. Now it is pretty much once a year on Thanksgiving which they are open on. Great food and nothing bad ever.
It's not that there wasn't good service or food, but the dinning atmosphere is sterile compared to the familial style cuisine. As an individual store you do well, but no extra hyper enthusiasm from your team is going to offset standardized discontinuity.
No different than any other Boston Market I have ever been to before. The staff were nice and friendly. They even went out of their way to shred a chicken breast for me to give my dog, so that I did not have to do it myself when I got home.
Wasn't really please with food today. Chicken could have been cooked a little longer, gravy was clumpy and mixed steamed vegetables carrots and broccoli we're hard like they mixed them in at last minute and zucchini was slimy first time I experience this because mixed vegetables is my favorite dish. We dine in and most of the table were not cleaned, they were littered with dirty plates, untensils and napkins from previous customers. Maybe this was a bad day for them..
I've been coming to this location for over a decade. I am rarely disappointed. It's the only good food option that is also fast, while not being "fast food" quality. I love Boston Market!
I ate there tonight. I don't know what to say. It has to be the worst food I've ate. I had a pot pie there was one big piece of chicken under some dry pastry. No liquid. Was not worth the price of a frozen pot pie.
