I have two little ones who go here. Both of which are terrified of dentists in general. My daughter has a spacer and braces and she is excited every time we go there. They make her feel very comfortable and they answer all of her questions. They have a lot of patients with kids.

Dr. Bottala and his staff are beyond amazing. The office itself is very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. We are always greeted with smiles and kind caring faces. Dr. Bottala and staff is how every Orthodontics office should be like. I am so glad for my daughter to be under their care. Definitely made the right decision.

Christina is absolutely amazing. Because of my budget I had to defer my son’s braces for a year. But Christina’s super friendly & helpful service sold me on our first consultation and tho she probably thought we fell off the radar or went with another orthodontist, we came back with me year later & she remembered us! Financing was ez & now my son is all smiles! Thanks Dr. Bottola & Christina!

My son got his braces on Monday after few hours he developed high fever and skin rush. I was very clear that my son has very strong allergies special to latex but I guess no body read his medical history. I have take him to his pediatrician because he developed infection inside his mouth for several cuts inside his gum and inside his skin for hurt him so much. Also we find out the last molar the metal it was not trimmed too. It was sharper and causing him more sore and pain. I am very disappointed. After being referred by my friend. My son doesn’t want to go there not more. I wish I can do something about it.

The place is very inviting and everyone is very kind and friendly. My kid got braces there, and everything went smoothly.

Awesome orthodontist. Dr. Bottala and the whole team are amazing & super accommodating. I have sensory anxiety and have struggled with having braces because of this. But my experience here has been wonderful; I’ve been treated extremely well every appointment I’ve had. This office also regularly has promotions/discounts so treatment isn’t as expensive as other places. I definitely recommend coming to this office.

Be careful this office sent you hidden guy for consultation then later same for treatment. We don’t know him he is professional? How long does he work in Otho field? suggestion correct to us? Nobody told us and we never requested him instead of the real Otho Dr Bottala. Even chino dentists referred to us they also don’t know this office had another doctor treat clients now there except Bottala. When? Too push impatient. Some employees gave bad attitude. They don’t like to answer your worries questions and concerns. Don’t want you questioning them, later then they began hating you. .. all Mean to you. .. Don’t choose. Forget this place !!! Don’t let them ruin your beauty stuff We move on

We had one daughter complete her braces phase and it went very smoothly. Took a little longer due to the pandemic but still the staff did amazing. When she got them off they took in our other daughter without an appointment and got her going with spacers to start her process of getting braces. The staff is amazing and very attentive.

They are very patient with my many questions. Very reasonable prices. They were willing to do payment plan with us and set it all up in very easy way to understand. We had our first official appointment only. Waiting to go back next month when my daughters spacer is ready. She is only 9 and was recommended to get phase 1 braces for the health of her teeth. She has a lot of crowding and overlapping and overbite. I’m praying everything works out the way they plan.
