Welcome to your private mountain getaway, Boulder Lodger in Leavenworth, Washington. This remarkable 3 bedroom, 3 bath 3246 square foot lodge is cozily situated in the mountain community of Chiwawa River Pines just 25 minutes from both Stevens Pass and the always popular Bavarian Village of Leavenworth Washington, and just a few short miles from Fish Lake, Lake Wenatchee State Park, Kahler Glenn Golf Course and the Wenatchee River. The “Boulder Lodge” is nestled in a picturesque setting which includes pine trees, firs and the natural beauty of the large boulder that the cabin is named after that is centrally located in the center of the circular driveway which greets you upon your arrival. The lodge’s boasts of 3 stories that are beautifully appointed with accents that include pine wrapped picture windows, river rock, distressed wood floors, and pine tongue and groove which embrace you the instant you enter the lodge. The main floor of the lodge is where you will find the main living area with large oversized furniture and a cozy woodstove to take the chill off those crisp autumn mornings or those lazy days of winter while you enjoy the snow dancing outside through the many pine wrapped picture windows. Boulder Lodge features a large beautifully renovated kitchen with enough space for everyone to pitch in and add to their special flair. The dining table is large enough for the whole family to gather round for those always treasured opportunities to share a meal and reminisce over the day’s activities. The 2 sets of French doors off of the living and dining area rooms open up to an incredible outdoor living space that will not disappoint. You will be greeted by high open ceilings that take in the local landscape as its primary focal point. This large and open covered entertainment area on the mid level of the lodge showcases a cozy propane gas fire pit for year-round use, propane gas BBQ grill along with a dining table for those summer meals and comfy outdoor seating for falling into with a good book, or a shared bottle of wine between friends while taking in the star-studded evenings our community skies are often privy to. The main floor master bedroom features a king bed, 55” HD TV with cable TV and Blue-Ray player, and a private en suite bath with shower and large soaking tub. The upstairs loft offers two sets of bunkbeds, a gaming area with a pool table, Foosball, and Air Hockey along with a 65” flat screen TV to watch your favorite sports teams. Downstairs offers two more private bedrooms each with 43” HD TV with cable and Blue-Ray player, a queen bed, another full bath with four-person sauna, and access to the private outdoor covered hot tub. Year round the “Boulder Lodge” welcomes you “home” while exploring and experiencing our beautiful area.
