Rosa was extremely helpful in helping us furnish our home. She had bright ideas and was not pushy or overbearing to make a sale. She made sure that we were happy with the choices we made. She had vision to help make sure we were building a beautiful modern home. After looking in store we remained in connection via email. He response time was extremely punctual and she helped us finalize all the details via email. The store itself was well laid out and had numerous pieces we would have loved to take home. The BEST service ever! Me and my husband have been to this store several times looking for a dining room table and each time Rosa has done nothing but provided OUSTANDING customer service each and every time and is very helpful. Ordered our table and within the same week our table was delivered. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you Rosa for all your help I will definitely be back for more furniture for our home!

Actually referred my friends here looking for contemporary furniture. We were supposed to go to 2 other places but I knew if we went here 1st, the other 2 would be lost in the mindset! Anyway, they loved it! Decided on a leather sectional, now back home to measure. I'm getting one also but later this year. Love Bova.....

Rosa provided excellent customer service and follow up. Due to the supply chain issues, there was a six6 month turnaround - however, the product, workmanship & delivery of our sofa was awesome!

Not good shopping experience. I went in shopping for a modern cabinet and were left wondering around alone. I inquired about pricing and availability of one unit Iiked and sales person never came back. I left dissatisfied.
