I was very disappointed in the selection of furniture. We were looking for a small sectional 80-90 inch wide, and they only had one on the floor. We would have purchased it, but sadly, the fabric started to fall apart. However, excellent customer service.

This place is like a flea market. Needs some updating and cleaning bad. If your looking for good quality pieces this is not the place. The prices were mabe $50 less then the actual store and severally damaged.

No wonder they are 3.5 stars. Attached lady picture made my experience unpleasant. She was rude from the beginning when she was told by her manager to help me. They asked me to fillup some form and she rudely told me to move aside. This happened twice. While handling her order paper i dropped one paper inside her cabin on the chair and when i asked her to grab it for me since it was little far she said its just right there pick yourself. She should not be working in this field, even the GOODWILL customer service is better then theirs. I would never recommend this place to shop, and never going there. I will also report this incident to their higher department.

My daughter and I had a great experience at the Rooms to Go Outlet. The salesman Hessane was cordial, professional and knowledgeable about the furniture we looked at, and helped us to make the best selection. We also selected a beautiful lamp the same day and went back the following day to purchase the last one in the store for a great price! We are excited about having our furniture delivered later this month. In the meantime, we need to find a vendor to pick up our old furniture. Fantastic place to get various styles of furniture at a outlet price. Ask for Theo. He is an amazing worker and will be honest and upfront with you. He also is proactive when it comes to finding what you're looking for as well! We purchased a two-seater chaise set, We bought a flooring component to put under the carpet, and a dining room table.

I was greeted by Damien soon as I came in the store. He was very polite courteous and knew everything about everything. My old lady spoke to Damien through video chat and got her exactly what she wanted. He made everything about this process very easy. I really appreciate everything and will be back again.

I am still disputing 2 chahes place on my card that were not mine after I went to buy a sofa in Oct 2022. The manger who was researching my claim is no longer at that store. The current manager said he would followup and has not called me back. Customer NO service sent my concern up to fraud department and still no response. The bank backing their card will not take my dispute.

Visited this store today. Was assisted by Theo. He is an absolute treasure! Age has such a warm and inviting personality. He walked us through our entire purchase process with care. He asked about and became invested in our vision. Love him!

I have been incredibly disappointed in Rooms to Go Outlet. We purchased a chair in February for our living room. After less than six months, the seam started splitting apart on the back. It is split more than an inch wide, with the stuffing showing after seven months of light to normal usage with only two adults in the home. I have a pillow against it now to hide the split. I contacted customer service, and they said there is nothing they can do. I have bought several rooms of furniture from Rooms to Go over the years, and have never encountered such poor quality. I will not be buying from them again.

Got and electric bed broke day 3. Vendor won’t take back or come out. Got a couch love it. But really annoyed about this bed. It was supposed to help with sleep and it has been a nightmare With headache and backaches.
