Bowenwork or Bowen Therapy
Bowenwork is a gentle, effective, non-invasive form of body-work that facilitates the body's natural inclination to heal. It does this by adjusting tension in the muscles, releasing restrictions, and "breaking through" pain patterns or loops; allowing the body to rest, relax, and heal. Bowenwork is a specific series of muscle and connective tissue moves that initiates healing in every system of the body. It works on both structural and energetic levels.
