I would have given 5 stars but twice now they didn't have live crickets for my Indonesian tree frog. Call ahead of time. They did, however, have some adorable doggy outfits, many on clearance, and I bought a little dress as a gift for my friend's new puppy She loved it! My tree frog was fed from another pet store for now.
Every time I go in that store I'm greeted by happy retail they're always happy to be there. I also seem to get my hard to find pet food. So my review is reflected upon the customer service and the fact that they were able to keep stock after the pandemic.
Wife and I walked in 1-22-23 around 1130 very well organized store very clean very friendly and very knowledgeable associates Great selection of pet supplies got a whole bunch of cat food and accessories for my cat I will recommend this and I will return 100% came in again 5-24-23 I saw a few more products which I bought for my cat great service as always then again 3-17-23
Staff keeps the store clean and stocked, friendly and customer service oriented. The aquatic department attendant was very knowledgeable and helped me with understanding my water parameters and offered multiple solution paths based on products available in store. The staff is friendly and enjoys each other's company making for a nice environment to shop.
Great service. I had an error in my order and the manager, Elvin, called me immediately and got it straightened out. Very courteous and helpful. Super fast delivery.
Had alot of interesting things for dogs and other animals. I bought the treats that have toothpaste IN THEM and my Huskies LOVE them! I like their dog wash package plan too! Awesome
If you're careful here, there are good deals to be had. The prices may seem high but if you start balancing quality with price you really won't find better deals.
I had parked on the side if the mall where popeyes was but the mall was closed, I was leaving Burlington when I realized I had about 5 mins to get there so I called and the lady wws very understanding and kind and I was able to get in and out, I could've walked but I ran just to be respectful and show my appreciation! Thank you so much awesome crew
Great service on sales floor and at register. Mgr gave me answers to my questions. Sale prices are really good. Had everything I needed for our rabbits, dogs, and cat. From hay and bedding, food, and a sweater. Thank you!
The employees at pet supplies are so wonderful always willing to help whatever you're looking for they're going to help you find it
