I am heartbroken and out $1500 and no one will contact me or tell me a delivery date. We put $1500 down on a new bed and adjustable frame on 4/27/23. We dealt with Wes, and he was great. Some personal stuff came up and we understood completely, but now…? I communicated over text with Wes and he seemed to be getting things in order. Then, radio silent. I went to the store last week and another gentleman Steven, I believe was there, but had VERY bizarre behavior and was a bit erratic and agitated. He told me he would contact me, and hasn’t. I have texted twice since then and radio silence again. We my husband and I went to the store to talk to someone personally today 5/30/23 and the place is THRASHED. Marker all over the windows with weird symbols and the store itself has been tossed and thrashed. Papers all over. Furniture flipped over. I am now out $1500 and no one is returning my calls. I highly recommend looking at other options for your purchases at this point. Do NOT pay anything until you get your product in hand. I am disappointed, angry, and frustrated with this entire debacle. I just hope I don’t have to go to small claims court to get my money back…
Wes delivered the beds personally in his own truck on top of it all he brought the bed liners and sheets afterwards even when me and the girlfriend planned on picking them up the next day he is good man and deserves a 10 star but we can only give 5 on reviews

Wes was great! We were literally in and out and sleeping on our fancy new bed the next night. He had very affordable options for payment plans and was very knowledgeable in his products. We were even able to add a mattress protector and brand new sheet set to our purchase that was a fraction of what it would cost to buy it anywhere else! 10/10 for everything. Definitely going back for one of those awesome sectionals! And possibly even a dining set
After searching for a few days for the right recliner for my husband, I found a double for a better deal, and it was the easiest process! Stephan had it all worked out within about 20 minutes, and it was delivered and setup for us at home the same day
Absolutely terrible customer service. Talked to the person on messenger to set up a time & showed up sat there for almost 20 minutes no one showed up. Tried calling went to voicemail. They even messaged us this morning to confirm the appointment. When the last time we went there we were told to leave because we didn't have an appointment. Never going there again and don't suggest it to anyone.
