We were having an issue with our wood stove, and the only place we found open on Saturday was Orleys. They gave us an appt for Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022. The lady I spoke with on the phone was thorough and very polite. She let me know the tech would call when he was on his way to our home. Seth called today when he was an hour and a half out, which was huge for me. I have 3 unruly dogs along with waterfowl and chickens that run around. The advance notice gave me time to get all the animals put in their place before he arrived. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and was very friendly. He came in and got right to work, not only cleaning up after himself but also providing housekeeping on the wood stove as well. When he was finished, he provided us with an education along with some good tips for upkeep. We were very pressed with Seth and his quality of work along with his attention to detail. We will be getting on an annual maintenance with Orleys as we were very impressed with their overall service!
Bought a splash around pool and they were amazing! I live 75 miles away bought over the phone and they arranged for it to be brought to yreka! I've shopped their store and had nothing but polite top notch service every time.
We bought our Blaze woodstove from Orleys when we moved here about a year ago. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and the stove...totally recommend them over any box store. They k ow what they're talking about
I have went to Orleys many times. If you are looking to buy a stove or hot tub I would recommend them. They are nice and have good customer service but the main reason is they have more knowledge on stoves and hot tubs so when you have an issue they can fix it or tell how to fix it much better than the other stores.
