Always great service and have what your looking for
Great. Clean smelling, looking. The shelves are too close together, it's not only suffocating, but I had to lift my cart to get out of one aisle - because it was wider on one entrance of the aisle but too narrow at the other side. Cluttered purposefully: things are on display in several different parts of the store. Sale items ex. Books are located on the lowest racks where most people are not going to look, & were miles away from related racks books. Items are so close together its overwhelming, & it was difficult to find the things I went in looking for - even though I was in the correct section of the store. I had to look for 10 minutes to find the item that is directly in front of me. Items are overpriced, but it's always been my experience that home hardware sells items for more than they are worth. I did enjoy going inside, as I got to "window shop" & I like that as it gives me the chance to think about what I have vs what I need. I took pictures of items I did not intend to buy that day, but to reflect on later to do research & shop around for when I have the funds.

This place is a real gem. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The site itself is jam packed with everything you need. Awesome experience every time I step in the door!
