YUMMY!!! They make the BEST gluten free pasta I've ever had... Me being an Italian and eating pasta all my life then having to go gluten free at 58 years old, I didn't even want to eat macaroni anymore. Then I found one store brand and it was okay, but you couldn't reheat it or make mac salad with it, and if you waited too long to eat it, it mushed in your mouth. But then came Bozza Pasta that a frien, who's also gluten-free, introduced me to. The pasta comes frozen because it's fresh and only takes a few minutes to cook. They also have gnocchis EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! You can't even tell it's gluten free. Please, please, please stay in business forever. AND thank you!!!

We absolutely LOVE their pastas. We only shop at the Hilton store, although their products are available elsewhere. We stock up on as many varieties as possible and are fans of them all. The lobster ravioli is phenomenal and they never fail to offer suggestions on the best way to serve them. The finishing sauces are just as reliably great as the pasta itself. Feel like a top notch chef in just a few minutes! They deserve every kudo out there. Rarely is there a time I can say a business has never disappointed. This is one of the rare ones.
Bozza Pasta is a must go-to place for the best fresh made pastas. You can find it in Hilton just off East Ave. So many varieties and all so delicious! My favorite is the Garlic Pepper pasta, but the many ravioli fillings are also delicious! And their Bakes are the best! You can also find their products in many deli's and markets in the region.
Bozza pasta has the BEST FRESH MADE PASTA in Rochester. N.Y. Their sauces are superb too! Have purchased linguine, fettuccine, gnocchi and ravioli butternut squash being my favorite. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and offer delicious recipes to go with your pasta. YOU MUST VISIT THIS STORE! O guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!
It’s a uniquely fun experience going into Bozza’s store. First of all, it’s tinier Than I expected! So much goodness there though. Love, love all their pasta, basil pesto is one of my faves. So easy to get to from either East or South ave. Their are multiple streets that will take you right to their Upton location. Have fun!
If you haven’t already, you need to make the short trip to Hilton to visit this little gem. The pasta is absolutely amazing and the people who own it are passionate along with the employees. We have yet found a pasta that can get anywhere near the quality of what is made here. We always have a supply on hand be it in our freezer or with the dried in our pantry. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Fantastic fresh pasta! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Try the lobster mascarpone ravioli! All kinds of pasta, dips and sauces. They even sell a pasta bake for families that you only need to put in the oven. The owners are very helpful and will give you tips on cooking and pairing if you need help. This place is a gem.
Everything, I mean Everything we have purchased from Bozza Pasta is amazing. They have made us into fresh pasta 'snobs', lol. You can fell the love they have for their products and community, they are lovely people and we will always support Bozza Pasta.
The pasta bakes are my family's favorite. The cracked pepper raditorre is a great choice for dry pasta. Not sure what to choose? The owners/staff are super helpful and can help you find your perfect pasta/sauce.
