Joe's Food Center

It is a great small town food store with a surprisingly large selection. Friendly staff and great pre cooked food, especially the chicken.

Prices could be better but I love the store and staff

My wife and I stopped in to check out this food market while looking over the town of Upton. From the moment we walked in it gave us a hometown feeling. We set down and had a pizza in the deli booth, it was good. Then we walked around the store looking at prices and stock. Prices were good and they have a great selection. As we were walking the store we met one of the owners I believe her name was Buffy "Sorry if I got her name wrong". She was so friendly and welcoming to us. My wife and I were looking at the packages of coffee and she only had one package on the shelf of the brand we were looking for. She offered to go in the back room and get us another one. Home town service for sure. We talked to her about the town of Upton and what it was like to live there as were looking for a small place to live. Thanks so much!

Good all around country store

Very nice store! Stopped here on my way through town. Met a friend and we bought the fried chicken which was very good! Great customer service!

Great little grocery store. Very helpful employees. Was looking for a particular cloverdale ham. Even though they didn't have it, I got to meet their butcher, and have a little tour of there meat department. Very knowledgeable and full of information. Glad I stopped. Very clean and friendly store.

It is amazing most of the time but we ordered pizza the last two nights and both nights it was not as expected. The first night it was undercooked and doughy and the second day it was over cooked. I will still give joes my business but the pizza was not cooked to the normal standard.

Friendly and courteous! Clean store too! They care about the community.

Great little hometown grocery store, they serve hot food and they have a good selection of grocery items that aren't too expensive.
