Paid for a car wash before pumping gas. Tried to use the car wash, but it did not function. Went inside to tell the clerk it wasn't working. After staring at me blankly for 10 seconds, he said the card wash wasn't working. I asked for a refund and he smugly replied "no refunds". Based on other reviews, it seems like the car wash here is fraudulent.
My mom didn't have a great carwash experience a year ago at this gas station, but figured she might give it a second try to see if anything changed. We decided to get an ultimate car wash for $10, but when I entered the code it said in order to receive an ultimate car wash, it was an extra dollar??? We also had an issue entering the code when it said it was invalid, and my mom went inside to ask for assistance. Whoever assisted her was almost immediately frustrated and said he "can't help" so she basically had to plead him to help us. It definitely wasn't reassuring when she was already embarrassed about the line of cars behind us. We were printed a different code, except that it was for a super car wash, which was cheaper than the ultimate. At this point we didn't bother to ask him to correct it and just wanted it over and done with. Car ended up still having soap on it, bad customer service, and didnt get what we paid for. Yikes.
On 7/122 at 6:03 p.m a verbal communication with your BP employee took place after my gas was completed at 6:01 p.m. at 6:02p Mr Syed while on pump number 9 decided to open the door while for the customers and the yell across the pump Lane to "get out of here" and move your truck. First he didn't even come to see if there was any concern if I had an issue or not I've dealt with many other employees from this gas station never had an incident I'm African American male and I feel very offended. That was very unprofessional and he did that at a yelling high pitch voice we've come here for the last 5 years filling out trucks up I am a resident I live in Buffalo Grove I'm a business owner and I've never been talk like this ever before that is very unprofessionally and I would like a response back to this
Getting stuck in a drive-thru car wash isn’t great. When calling the attendant and the response “come in I have two people waiting” wasn’t expected or comforting. Corporate contacted me assuring me that staff would be trained better, they would look into the car wash and offer a gift card for the negative experience.
I purchased gas twice from this location and both times my card has been compromised due to skimmers on machine. Buyers beware go inside and pay. Luckily my cc was shut down right away.
Waited in line forever to get up to the machine and it doesn't accept cards...then got stuck because the door wouldn't open since I had no cash and all the cars behind me took forever to realize I was trying to back up. Maybe these cheap owners should fix their signs to be accurate.
Do not go inside to make a purchase! This place has the worst customer service. I grabbed 2 sodas. The sign said 2 for $3. When I got the register the cashier said my total was $4.60. I was confused and asked why I did not receive the sale price. The manager on duty said it was for Pepsi products only. I disagreed and took him to the back where a Coca Cola sign clearly said 2 for $3. He seemed upset to have to give me the promotional deal. I will purchase soda or any non gas item from Walgreens down the street in the future.
Worst customer service EVER!!!! I asked the guy how do you input your Marianno's savings at the pump. He tells me that I need to press the loyalty ID button. So I go back to the pump and no loyalty button exists. I go back inside and ask if I can just pay inside so that I can use my savings which are $.50 per gallon, he says to me "Yea, I was going to say that, since I know how to do it inside. He then proceeds to tell me that I need to prepay.....fine. I tell him $40 trying to guestimate how much gas I need and he says to me whatever you don't use it won't charge. I tell OK in that case do $50 to be on the safe side.....he then tells me I already put in $40 so just put your card in and I asked if he could cancel and do $50 he gets frustrated and starts pounding keys on the register and mumbling under his breath and basically yells put the card in the card reader, I tell him at what point do I give you my loyalty number so that I can get my savings.....He blows up and screams at me "CAN YOU JUST STEP ASIDE AND LET ME HELP SOMEONE ELSE".....not a problem.....you don't want my money, I will not give it your station and will make sure that everyone else knows about your nastiness. There should be an option for NO STARS!!!!!

Purchased a ultimate car wash for 10$ and when I entered the car wash code it says super wash and ask for +1 $ for ultimate wash. Shady.
