Slowest pumps ever! Putting 30 gallons in my truck takes so long with their pumps I need to pack a lunch. I could charge an electric vehicle faster! I hate coming here, but I like top-tier rated fuel because I've had bad luck with lower rated fuel. So here I am.
Gas prices are high everywhere, and I'm not commenting on that. However, it would be nice to have a pump that puts out more fuel per minute. Literally, 15 gallons took 10 minutes to pump. The handle was maxed, but the fuel dribbled out. Eye twitch. Otherwise a nice store.
I work in the Lake Mary area, so I jus' stopped by here to get a few gallons of gas because I didn't gas up at my usual gas station the day before, which is Amoco. BP is basically Amoco, but with a different name. Jus' a name change with a few original Amoco's left. I have no issues here. I recommend it.
They were the only gas station open the day Hurricane Ian hit, and they moved the line along pretty quickly.

I walked in used the restroom then purchased an apple juice around 5:30 in the morning. As i sat in my car drinking my juice while waiting for my flight the clerk called the police on me. Multiple cops showed and one officer questioned me for doing absolutely nothing wrong. During these times it is a little embarrassing as a black man to have the police called on me for doing nothing wrong. To make matters worst it was a white women who called the police. How should i feel about that?
Refused me service and bathroom at 2am.
Had an experience with one of the worst employee. Understand can't expect much at a gas station for customer service. Was cursing at manager when I walked in. I filled out a lottery ticket. Machine would not take it so asked me to fill another one out. I fill another one out and same issue machine can't read it. At the same tried for other customer and machine didn't read it. At this he time, he is manually typing her numbers on. Asks me to fill another one, when I asked how do I need to fill it out, starts showing me attitude that I can fill another one ou leave. I asked again how do I need to fill it out, starts cursing at me. Definitely helped me decide which has station I'll never go back.
It’s really annoying when you try to use your Apple Pay at the pump and the damn things are broken. When you have a baby and you don’t have your debit card with you you don’t want to take your baby into the store… Get with the program.
Rude and dismissive cashier.
