I'm a current resident. Management and staff are some of the best I've experienced. Friendly, professional and prompt. Excellent job of maintaining property. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed and grounds are lovely. Very dog friendly and always seeking to improve quality and atmosphere, and they even host free events to entertain residents. My only complaint is the price of rent for a 1 bedroom  I'm a teacher and rent is 50% of my monthly salary, which doesn't help that I also have a 35 min commute to work. Overall, I highly recommend minus the $$$rent!

I put a ticket in for a few things to be fixed. Maintenance came and fixed everything the next dayper my request because I was at work the day I submitted the ticket. They were actually going to come the same day. I was very pleased. Another update 5/12/23. Maintenance came to change my filters and due to me having a major surgery and living alone, maintenance actually took my personal trash out for me. I was very grateful. They’re so nice

I've really enjoyed my time in Bradford Park so far. I moved in about two months ago and every step of the process has been easy. The staff are nice and helpful. I've had a couple of maintenance issues since moving in, but each time the response was fast and the issues were taken care of. The apartment itself is great. I really enjoy our floor plan and location. The best parts of the 2BR for me are the carpeted floors, two full baths each with two independent sinks!, in-unit washer and dryer, large balcony, huge walk-in closet, and ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen is large and well-laid out. The list goes on. The community amenities are fine. The pool is nice. The gym is small but better than nothing. Overall, this has been a great place to live.

The rental process at Bradford Park was so convenient and easy! The rental agents very helpful and understanding! The apt is spacious and the amenities are quite welcoming! Thanks Bradford Park for a great experience!

Work order was complete with in 24 hours of request. The technician was very cordial and professional.

The work order was acknowledged and addressed within 24hrs! Tee was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of each item listed.  The service was great!

I sent in my request and within the second day maintenance was completed. So happy that I was able to bake.

The maintenance man showed up on time and was very thorough but fixed the problems in a timely manner.  He was very nice and polite and I felt comfortable with him in my apartment.

So far so good. Just moved in but it went smoothly. There were a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately didn't have to wait. Maintenance seems to know their stuff!! Everyone in the office is courteous and professional. Neighbors have been friendly.
