My wife and I lived here for a couple years and got out just before our rent dramatically spiked again. In all fairness, the spike seemed on par with the rest of the country's rent prices going up. I did not feel entirely safe here because people would regularly get their belongings stolen out of their vehicles if their doors were unlocked.  The dog park is great, the gym and the pool are good, and the rest of the property is pretty visually appealing.

Waterford has been a great place to live. The location is great and feels really safe with not much activity. The apartments are high quality with nice appliances and have only had to make one maintenance call in my almost 8 months of living in the apartments. Have/would recommend living here.

A few weeks ago We had an electrical problem at our apartment. The stove was not turning on. I was panicking because the next day was a work and school day for us  we have two small children I needed to prepare breakfast. I contacted Waterford Emergency line and Jim  maintenance answered the call  it was super late when I called . Jim was kind, patient, and assisted us with the stove electrical problem. Jim Thank you for providing such a wonderful customer service!  I also would like to add that both maintenance personnel are wonderful. They work hard and get the job well done! I am not sure of the other person  name! I will ask next time when I go to the office!!  Thank you!

I have lived there for almost two years now. It has been a great experience. Relatively quiet community. The office staff has been responsive and helpful whenever I have had questions or concerns.  I do not hear neighbors too often, and parking is never an issue for me. Location is also great. Would recommend to someone looking to move into a good, safe apartment complex.

A great place to live. Friendly neighbors and Mary and Brooke do a fantastic job in the office while Dennis and Jim are the greatest maintenance guys you will ever meet. The are all easily available and ready to help. Apartments are nice and well maintained and any concerns I've had have been quickly addressed. My only reason for a 4 star rating actually comes from a residents problem. There are too many people here who refuse to clean up after their pet's.  Being a pet owner myself I just don't understand this. The staff does all they can to fix this issue but are very limited their ability to catch those responsible. Keep up the good work guys!!

We stayed at Waterford Terrace for one year. The complex is nice and the location is great. Your close to everything you need but you're not in town. The staff was great always responded to my emails or calls, and they took care of the issues. Not many issues to speak of and not big ones at all. They took care of the complex as best as possible. Don't forget when living in an apartment community there are more residents than staff so most opinions are made about who lives around you. When things would get a little out of hand email reminders regarding resident responsibilities would go out. That would include pet responsibilities, trash responsibilities, and general multifamily living courtesies. I wasn't always 100% happy everyday, but I am 100% happy I chose to be there than any other property. That's why the five star rating. I appreciate the staff at Waterford Terrace.

I have lived here for 3 years we have got the best team ever from the front office to maintenance always there to help in a timely manner. The apartment on the inside is spectacular very spacious on the outside we have the best pool, fire pit, barbecue grills also Mary and Brooke plan activities all year round did I mention safety very well lit so walking at night is not an issue so if you're looking for a place to live look no further it's Waterford Glen

I've been living here just over a year and it's been a fantastic time. The area is very well kept, it's just out of the way enough while still being close to the necessities.  The staff are absolutely wonderful as well. They are thorough and understanding. Maintenance is great, they respond quickly and get things fixed fast.

My son and I have lived here a while. I think this will be our 5th Christmas here. We've made it our home. Love our pool and gym in the winter. Can't beat the location. The wooded area around the complex is very nice and we find ourselves walking down by the back creek in the spring and fall a lot. It was supposed to be temporary but the location is wonderful and as long as you get good neighbors it is the best place to be and that's why we have stayed. I feel the management gets to know you and if you stop in and talk some they look out for you and your children like you are family. Maintenance guys are truly wonderful too and explain everything when something is  up. Great place to start a family or for anyone like me as a single mom.

Waterford Terrace Apartments located in Rock Hill SC is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite living area. The property is kept clean and there is always staff available to assist you with any problems. It is a nice community with friendly neighbors and welcoming staff. They offer contest and community activities throughout the year. This is the place to be!
