Plaintiff's Personal Injury:
I worked as an insurance agent during college. I learned early on that the insurance industry is mostly concerned with collecting premium payments – NOT paying legitimate claims. I have chosen to emphasize personal injury claims in my practice in order to assure that injured people receive justice from the insurance industry.
Criminal Defense:
Much like the insurance industry, our government and its police force can violate our fellow citizen’s rights. They usually do pretty well at following the law – but sometimes they do not. With over 26 years of criminal defense practice, it’s my job to make sure the law is followed, evidence is properly acquired and preserved and a proper investigation is completed. Should the case not resolve by “plea bargain”, I will prepare the case for trial by jury and zealously defend my client’s rights.
