My wife suffered injuries from a motor vehicle accident 2 years ago. She worked with Neil Stubbs & his assistant, Sam, at Evergreen Personal Injury Counsel. They really came right along her side and assisted her with all her personal & legal needs on her case. Their knowledge & expertise took the load off of her as she focused on getting well. Very disappointed. My husband was killed as a passenger in an auto accident and I retained this firm. I knew that any monies awarded in the wrongful death would go to the estate and then distributed accordingly. What I did not know, my loss of consortium claim was not filed and I still don't know how to to follow up with that. I asked "my" attorney so many questions and felt brushed off and ignored. He got paid, the estate got paid and I got nothing. I lost my husband and walked away with nothing. Very disappointed. I recommend you ask as many questions as you can remember, write it down, record it, and demand proper communication. My Case was settled and I wasn't even TOLD! Two months after he received his portion of the settlement and I am calling him to get an update on my case only to find out it was settled! No phone calls , no text messages, no email updates. Nothing! And I thought he was representing me, it's my name on the contract .

I can’t put into the words how outstanding of a job Neil Stubbs and his staff at Evergreen Personal Injury and Associates did for our family. Neil’s is a really upstanding character and is a pillar of the Tacoma community he serves with his time volunteering for his non-profit group. Rather than focusing on fees and crunching numbers on how much our personal injury claim will cost, his first concern was turned toward my father’s health and telling him to focus on his recovery first. He and his staff really were empathetic to our situation and their service really reflected that. Neil’s experience and attention to details expedited our personal injury claim which in turn was handled flawlessly. It was such a hassle free process. In the end, the medical bills took a big chunk out of our settlement payout and due to Evergreen’s ethical rule of thumb that the firm should not make more than the client, the attorney fees were reduced to where my father was fairly compensated for his injuries. That was AMAZING! I’ve dealt with attorney’s in the past, and this NEVER happens!
