My family has been with Cowdell Insurance for over 20 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond in there service to us. For over 20 years I have known Kim Cowdell and Jeremy Cowdell to be knowledgeable and patient in helping to find best car insurance quotes to assisting with the best investments for retirement. They go the extra-mile to make sure that you understand what your options are and reassuring when it's all new investments. Our experience has been great. We have been able to get several quotes back in a reasonable amount of time. Cowdell insurance has been very helpful when we have questions and if they have to research something, they get back to us fast. They make shopping around and finding the best quote easy.

Always great service. Jeremy is great-- Extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide service to my parents for many years, and to help me transition things after their passing. If I lived in St. G, this would be my insurance company.
Although I haven't had a claim against my insurance carrier, I've had excellent help from the Cowdell agency in selecting the amount of coverage, the selection of insurance providers, and involving property coverage as well as health insurance issues. Great! Brandon has been wonderful to work with. Quick with quotes and when we needed to add my son to our policy he made things real simple. When Brandon has been out of the office the others have been great to answer my questions, give me quotes, and communicate with Brandon about what we had discussed. Great team to work with!
I started working with Jeremy Cowdell a couple years ago for all my health and automobile needs & he has been absolutely awesome! He always manages to go above and beyond when assisting me with various questions or concerns I have been faced with over the course of this time. He has consistently responded back to me a really efficient manner and not only provides answers to any questions that may arise but also sends/attaches reference documentation for everything without me even asking! He has been there to help me get through an array of situations ranging from helping calm my distress when faced with having to change my health insurance coverage, to assisting me with a windshield replacement issue last month, and even notifying me of possible automobile discount through various insurance providers with my annual renewal. I would recommend using Cowdell Insurance to anyone & everyone! Even my own mother switched insurance agencies to work with Jeremy as well!
