We offer title and escrow services on properties being purchased in the state of Utah
At Eagle Gate Title, we provide the title and escrow services in the purchase of a property. In order for the property to be purchased, it must be cleared of any encumbrances (judgments, liens, loans, etc.) from previous owners. We are the ones that conduct the search of the history of the property to insure that it is free and clear to purchase. Once that is done, we prepare the transfer documents for the closing, which is the last step in the process before the new owners take over the property, and ultimately execute the closing.
