Even more important, know one understands commercial pressures and outlook better than LINX. From current pricing, to who's buying, to what businesses are coming in/expanding, to what the future market outlook/growth is, LINX is simply dialed better than the rest.
One of the most unprofessional real estate brokers iv ever experienced.. Tom calister not only doesn't answer his phone he makes appointments and doesn't keep them.. I was very interested in a property listed and when I had questions and concerns he said he would call me back, after I tried calling and texted him he never did, made an appointment to look at the property and never showed.. you figured this guy makes a commission he would do all in his power to help the buyer and sell the property i guess he has better things to do?? Do your self a favor and use another agent, one that answers and is happy to help! Dont waist your time here very disappointing
I have known and worked with the LINX team for years. I started working with the team 8 years ago when they were with a different brokerage. They work harder than any other group I know. We have done multiple deals together. They are my "go-to" team and continue to exceed my expectations.
