I love it. Branson airport the best so far. Since, only Frontier airline fly from or to the airport, there is no crowds at all. I think that's the best part of it. Especially during this pandemic, you know what I am talking about. Driving to the airport is awesome too. Branson is beautiful!
Easy in and easy to navigate around the airport. Clean and very good overall experience.
We stopped in for lunch and are extremely happy that we did. The food was great as well as the service. It was interesting to watch the planes come and go and there is a putting green to occupy your time while waiting on the food to be served.
A small regional airport, it's a beautiful drive to it to past a fantastic golf course and club house. The road winds around the hills and is very curvy. The airport itself looks a bit like Basspro in the front. It is small but seems to be an efficient operation.
So we got in to the airport very early we were flying to Chicago and I was so surprised how nice it was in the airport, it was so easy to check in and get through security. And after that we got a snack before the flight and it was very good. This airport is very nice, tiny and beautiful, thank you Branson for giving me such a pleasant experience in the Branson airport. I would also like to mention that the customer service was very good. Again thank you for such a good experience, I would love to come back some day
I love this small airport. It is in the same theme as Branson. Drink and food prices are very reasonable.
It's chill, one of the chillest airports I've been too. Very small, there's a grill like place post security that has some tasty grub. The only thing that would make this a 5 star is If they had a water bottle refill station, they only have old school water fountains.
This is an adorable and clean airport. It's a page out of an old western novel. I really love this airport, with one very big exception. T.S.A. they really need to calm it down. They are on more of a power trip than trying to ensure safety. While we go through the line a very large, tall, female ? TSA rep was going overboard with every person's inspection. It was unbelievable! Arguing with folks about rather or not a small container of food was spreadable!? Taking expensive perfume from an older gal because it was 3.5 fl oz. Throwing out food, shampoo and hand lotion. This is outrageous! More fastidious and petty than any other airport in the country! They are POWER TRIPPING! I assure you that nobody is going to hijack an airplane with chicken salad, and if they do, I'll eat my hat! Thank you and see you next time...
My grandson came to visit us and again was personally checked by tsa for no apparent reason but the color of his skin. This was not the first time he was patted him down which tells me this airport has become racist. I say this as several other light skin people were pasted through with no checks. This has happened everytime he comes here to the point he doesn't want to fly here anymore!!
This Airport is a joke. Via Air is awesome, however the employee's and supervisor have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude, mean and nasty. I booked a flight in Feb. for a flight in May. When my mother got there to fly out they told her it would be $25 for her checked bag. However, the ticket and everything said first checked bag up to 30 lbs free. When she pointed this out they pretty much said well you pay it or your bag does not go. Supposedly they sent an email, but no email in inbox or spam I had 6 other people look just to make sure we didn't miss it also said our policy changed. My uncle paid it with his credit card as my mother is battling breast cancer and did not have it financially to pay. When I contacted them they returned the call, but when I wanted to speak with a manager they said well she is out of the office, but we will have her call you. I waited over the weekend and holiday and still no call back so I called them. Was given the run around yet again, and she was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never deal with this Airport again after I get my mother back home. Any other flights will be done out of the Springfield, Mo airport. FREE IS FREE regardless of when the policy changed. Be Careful.
