Danny, Debra and Tommy were very professional, kind and caring at the sudden passing of our son. They took care of everything, even making 2 trips to Memphis to pick him up. They patiently helped my wife with his obituary, and preparing keepsake urns for us. Even though they deal with loss every day, they showed compassion and great empathy with us.They handled my Dad’s arrangement as well as my stepmother’s so we knew they were reputable. There was no high pressure sales, they took their time explaining all options and let us decide which was the best one for us. We highly recommend them.
Brantley Phillips not only took care of my brother’s cremation but also allowed me to leave my keepsake to be filled for me so that I wouldn’t have to. They were kind and helpful during this horrible time for my family.
We buried both my parents this year, over a three month span, and required the services of this funeral home both times. The operators of this establishment were very helpful, supportive, and friendly. We were welcomed to provide personal touches to the services and our children were treated special during our time there, which was appreciated. I haven't had much experience with funerals or the providers of such formal final services, but the people here helped us through the process of both my parents burials with very little headache. I'm grateful for them.
There are not enough words to express how amazing they are here at Brantley Phillips. Mr. Phillips is amazing. They took exceptional care of my sister and myself when my Mom passed. It was a hard time losing my Mother so early and they were so kind. We had her cremated and they were so generous in making sure before the funeral that we had my Mom's ashes back very quickly. We chose them because they did my aunt's funeral almost 10 years ago. They were just as kind as they were then. Very thankful for their help and kindness.
After helping us through three family member's funerals over the years, I can only say great things about Brantley Phillips. The staff here is the best. Family owned and operated, caring and compassionate, and they pay attention to the smallest details.
No pressure sales, I was in and out very quickly. My sister on the other hand spent 25,000 dollars to bury her daughter at another funeral home. They were sinful the way they prayed on her emotions.
Absolutely awful!! I would not suggest using them!! The curator is rude and unsympathetic. He is awful. My daughters fiance passed and he let the mother might i add that she didnt raise him and didnt have custody make all decisions!! Do not, Do not, use them!! Danny and his staff are super concerned with their clients needs. They have been a part of our family funerals for many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral services!
...sooo..just wondering how a "Blind" reviewer can be allowed to make such mean and disrespectful comments! Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home buried my son....and everything was perfect. It is still "family owned and operated" ....which is very rare these days!! Thank you!!
Felt rushed as well as I feel as if they shoulve been more professional especially when it,came down to,the family's that are having to use them. I mean if you dont,have much money than they are affordable but it shouldn't make it where you are treated differently.
