Braum's

Great place for lunch! I didn't try their ice cream, but I did try their really good spicy chicken sandwich and fries. They also have good sweet and unsweetened tea. I'll try the ice cream soon and maybe shop the dairy market. Just yumm!

This Braums location is needs a bit of work. It needs a good cleaning, the parking lot is small and cluster fukd. It’s always crowded and the way it is set up makes it where other people will bump into you when it’s busy. It the service has always been good and fast. The icecream is always good.

We had a great experience. Satisfied our cravings for Braum's Ice Cream. The staff was friendly and they also have some new flavors on their menu.

We love Braum's ice cream, have for years. We were in and out in a flash. It was especially great at this particular time, our favorite was on sale. "HOT FUDGE SUNDAE". The store was clean and a very pleasant employee that had waited on us. Keep up the good work.

I always wonder why this spot is so popular and now I know! The food is so so TASTY! I order first time 4 cheese burger and it tasted like omg GOOD! ice cream selection great! And don't forget their area so big and nice Will come back again

Hands down probably the best customer service experience ever. Just plain good Old-Fashioned Customer Service. There is a reason why there is ALWAYS A LINE OUT THE DOOR IN THE STREET 2 CARS WIDE DOWN THE ROAD! Chocolate marshmallow ice cream very yummy.

I love coming to this location but came today at 5:38 pm and ordered 2 number 5 combs with no onions no mayo on both combs only one was correct, but anywho just a little tip you do not have to pour the whole bottle of salt on the fries it just take a little sprinkle on the fries. Customers come and pay for the food so they can enjoy and eat it not to waste it due to too much salt. So the cook or whomever dashing the salt on the fries go a little easy on it. Thank you

There was a long wait in drive thru, but I went around 8:30pm on a Sunday night so I expected it to be busy. I ordered 2 large fries. Had to wait at the window for a few minutes. I guess the fries were cooking because they were hit and fresh, definitely worth the short wait!

Mesquite location is our go to "on the run" grab breakfast and go since 2015. The staff is always personable and friendly. The problem arisen in the past month and a half is shotty customer service. Orders are consistently incorrect. Food seams overcooked. Place order for no onions and you'll get onions. Order a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and get sausage only! Order the combo and get no fries or tots. I can understand a mix up occasionally, but it is happening every visit at this location.

The cashier is always kind, but it’s a roll of the dice when you pick up your order. Todays attendant was awful! Didn’t speak and when I said thank you, her reply was “uh huh”. . For as long as you have to wait you really need good customer service from start to finish. I’m just glad the cashier is always so sweet and bubbly!
