We can alway count on Cracker Barrel for a great breakfast. The pancakes are always delicious and just the right amount of crispy and don’t get me started on the real maple syrup. The staff, like Amy, are always delightful and hardworking. Another favorite is the hash brown casserole, you got to try it! First time, and it won't be our last. This place has some pretty cool stuff in their store, I enjoyed a delicious lunch with the family and all the things I bought after, they go from cute sandals, pretty home decorations to weird candy treats you won't find anywhere else. Big plus, the hostess was super nice and our server Angie was amazing!
Gave this location another try so we could use the voucher from the previous time we ate here. We again had horrible service. There were only 10 tables that were occupied and the service was awful. New waiter without much training. Turns out they had 4 new hires working tables that night. Our tea was never refilled, appetizer served with no plates to eat it on, food took forever to come out and then the cashier had issues processing the voucher. Decided to do curbside a few days later to pick up cornbread and a couple of other things. Started to pull off and remembered that last time they shorted me on my order so I checked my bag. Good thing I did because they again, shorted me on food I paid for. Pretty sure that will be my last visit to this location. They can't seem to get it together. New wait staff is great, but train them properly and make sure they can handle the job before sending them solo. They had only one experienced waitress that night trying to fix issues.....
We haven't been here in awhile, but opted to try it. Hubby and I enjoyed a delicious healthy breakfast. I also liked several items in the general store. Sunday - 08/06/2023 Breakfast was delish and the service was great. Plenty of menu items to choose from and reasonably priced. I also like shopping in the general store and love how they decorate the Christmas trees
Called ahead to ask if I could accommodate my family of 9, they said sure to make two reservation online one for 6 people and a reservation for 3 people so I did. Upon my arrival the rude man in front said we could not accommodate that and we would have sit separate. Isn’t this a family establishment, how does that make any sense? After driving 40 minutes to get here. We happily took our service to Maple Leaf Diner and we’re easily accommodated and very delicious as well.
Was so excited to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Very disappointed! The server was nice and polite, the meal was not great. The scrambled eggs were ice cold and runny. The pancakes were tasty, but could hardly be cut with the steak knife OMG. Sorry, I will not be returning for another meal. The store portion and staff were so nice. Loved that part of the visit.
It was my first time in this cracker Barrel. Staff were very welcoming from the second we walked in the doors. It took about 5 min to get a table. They had tons of cool thing in the gift shop at the front of the restaurant. Our server Angie was phenomenal. She was sweet and kind all while giving us the best service I've had in years while eating out. Our food was delicious and full of flavors. As you can see in the picture. All looked and taste delicious. But our server was magnificent. She made me feel at home. Came by and check on us every 5 min even though she still had other tables. Definitely recommend this place. Come on down and invite the whole family.
CURRENTLY HERE RIGHT NOW AND ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER. Service is horrible and we still havent ordered. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink and hadnt came back. We asked another wait to go get him and he waved from fhe back saying he was coming but we are still sitting 20 min later and no drinks at all. THEN he COMES NOW TO the TABLE WITH THE WRONG DRINKS a tea and a strawberry lemonade sits them on the table and all we ordered was water. This is pitful. No silverware no napkins I have more but its too much to type They need to revamp this location all together from employees to managers as well everybody needs to be retrained
Cracker Barrel is a good chain, but this location has either an unqualified GM or worse a GM that does not care. The hostess was less than pleasant and shuffled people quickly through the process only to reach dirty tables and chairs. The floor reminded me of my grade school cafeteria after a food fight, my shoes were so sticky I had to wipe them on the welcome mat on my way out of the restaurant. The servers had dirty uniforms on and seemed overworked perhaps due to either low staff or again bad management. I'll come back when I see a sign that reads, "under new management."
