Chan's Chinese Restaurant

I feel so disappointed about chan's restaurant. I found two bug legs on my meal. I called them and explained what happened and tell them i was on my way so they can check it. But BIG mistakes called them ahead , they prepared and told me it was bean sprouts and that they don't have bugs there. Lol. I had a bean sprout and the bug leg in one of the picture and doesn't look the same. And when i touched it on my finger it was just a different one from the other. They charged me anyway. I hope the health department will visit them soon to double check they don't have bugs in the restaurant and at least clean the place.

food was delicious, very generous servings and the staff was very friendly. You won’t be disappointed. Give them a try!!!

In the many years I have ordered from here, I have never been disappointed! The flavor has always been as on point as the service. I have moved in and out of the area and I still make special visits to this restaurant! A few months ago I placed an order and my gf flipped! Especially over the cream cheese rolls! We can not find them anywhere else!! So I placed an order for 10 cooked and 20 uncooked. They came though like rock stars! I have 20 in my freezer and well, the 10 cooked kinda disappeared. Oops! Anything you order here is just as awesome!

Went there on Christmas night and it was super crowded. I ordered shrimp fried rice. I watched it being cooked and noticed after the cook put it in a styrofoam container another worker came along and transferred it to another container. When I get home it was a greasy mess! The entire bottom of the container was nothing but oil. Now between the two of them handling my food I know they saw that too and still served it. I usually take pictures as proof but didn’t get the chance to. Just disgusting

The young Man at the front has no buisiness dealimg with customers. The food was OK but there was a funny smell to everthing. Prices just a few dollars to high. Every chinise place in Mesquite is better. I didn't ask for a refund because I think they are a small buisiness...but I wont be back.

I'm very disappointed! I found a hair in my won ton soup!. I got a "Sorry about that", and a new cup of soup. Needless to say I pretty much lost my appetite.Food: 1/5

Chans has been one of the restaurants I've always enjoyed because they cook all the food in front of you fresh but now they don't. I watched the man grab the vegetables for my plate with his bare hands no gloves on precooked vegetable, when I brought the issue up to the front the women argued with me that I didn't see him Prepare my vegetables and that they weren't precooked there service in this restaurant has gone down tremendously, no more customers Always right. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Oh yeah I didn't eat i got a refund Vegetarian options: Shrimp and broccoli

The only problem is to cold inside to eat is worst then a hospital.Dont get me wrong everthing clean and love there food.Food: 5/5

Combo Lo Mein was awesome and huge. Good sesame chicken. The chairs are a bit old and may make big girls leery. We ate well and still had a full box of leftovers.

Chicken soup was delicious and plenty of it. Took a full container to go. Lomein combination perfect amount of flavor. Noodles were the exact way they should. Definitely coming back.
