We had such a great dining experience tonight. Salads, drinks and entrees were fantastic. Dion, our server, did a wonderful job. He was beyond polite and attentive. It’s hard to find great servers and he was nothing short of amazing!Food: 5/5
Had low expectations on a holiday. Took a walk down in the village and wondered where everyone was. It was a ghost town. Michigan weather finally felt like summer and decided to graze as I went. My first and only stop of the day was Bravo. The environment was too dark for such a nice day to eat in. They have patio seating with and without umbrellas. The waitress was prompt and had an avg 5 tables - two tops or more assigned. I didn’t see much on the menu I felt like having so I ordered calamari to start. Loved the sauces but not the rubbery texture. A sign of over cooking A bit disappointed I ordered the salmon. In Michigan it’s hit or miss with finding quality seafood as well as staff that prepares it correctly. I expressed my concerns over preparation. Server was attentive and came back nearly instantly with an earful of experienced back of the house standards. I don’t know who was working the line but they nailed it. Temp was 110°f and perfect flake. Presentation was well considered. Staff was on the same page. I couldn’t waste the entree by taking the rest home to reheat. I ate everything that my eyes told me was bigger than my stomach. Walked it off until I needed to go into food coma. Hope you enjoyed the review.
What a wonderful experience that I have with my daughter anytime I bring her into this bravo! The food is superb, and Sharon Mayer is the best waitress that I could ever ask for! She makes delicious suggestions and the manager is so pleasant! This is by far the best Bravo or Brio I have ever been too and I have been to a lot of them!
Oh my gosh, I love this place! Candice is absolutely fantastic! She was so attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience extra enjoyable. She made it especially memorable for my 4 year old daughter Iris! She has never before sat in a restaurant for longer than half an hour, but we were able to finish all 3 courses! The service and food was truly top-notch! Definitely try the spinach dip and the shrimp appetizer! Best I have ever had Thank you Candice!
Food looks really good, taste is okay. Atmosphere of the restaurant is great. I have an issue with the service I had, the waitress never really stopped by, waiting for the food and receipt took forever, and having her come back to take my card took even longer. But that is fine, the place was packed so its somewhat understandable. The biggest issue I have is that they sat us on a very bad flimsy round table. The table would lean and move just by placing an elbow on it. I requested them to move us to new table, which also took some time. The funny part is that after moving us, they also sat a party of 4 on that same bad table, and sure enough they also request to move. Does management not care about the tables and chairs? I feel bad for anyone that would set there...
Dion was our waiter and he was so pleasant and personable. The food selection was divine and even had offers for gluten friendly which tends to be difficult or taste different but it was still exceptionally pasta. Atmosphere was cute and allowed for every party to enjoy their own time without interfering with others. Lovely experienceFood: 5/5
The food was delicious. The August Deal 35$ for two is a blessing. Most of all, our server, Candice, was fabulous. Very knowledgeable of the menu, and attentive service. Plus, super charming and so friendly! We will come back for her.Food: 5/5
My buddy & I came for dinner 2 for $35. I had the shrimp scampi and me friend had the chicken parmesan. We were pleased with the deliciousness of both entrees. We talked to the manager at the time, named Darryl. He was pleasant and he said he would take care of us & he did. Gabrielle, our server was prompt with our meals, drinks refill and getting the box for leftovers. She smiled every time and didn’t spill anything. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Bravo has always been one of my favorite Italian restaurants. My food was amazing as always. The pasta woozie is my personal favorite. However , my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. My friend and I had met up for dinner and our waiter literally rushed us. I’ve never sat down for dinner and received my bill within 40 minutes. After we got our food, her next question was “Boxes?” She never asked me if I wanted another lemon drop, if we wanted dessert, nothing. My friend did want dessert and had to tell her. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received here.
