I really dont why most of you complain and cry about service here at subway! Blah, blah blah this n that! Get your order right, and precise to what you want and don't want! Then you'll be satisfied, if not cook or make your own damn food at home! It was packed today, two galsdidn't get their names but held it down like it was nothing! You guys rock and other places keeping it together, whether customers yap, cry or complain about every damn thing! Good job
Had an online order and went through the pick up window and the girl gave us our sandwiches only, no drinks and no chips I ordered itwaited a while but they went back to helping inside people then had to actually go inside and grab our own chips and wait for the cups for our own drinks. I understand they were busy but when I got inside they ignored me as I was standing by the register with my email confirmation just waiting for the cups. I've ordered from this place before and picked up the same way but never had an issue
The young people working aren’t very respectful. Mumbling things under their breath as I’m ordering like it’s not noticeable. I struggle speaking loud and all they could do was stare at me like I was going to talk louder. My first bad experience at this location.
Rude staff on 2/14 and 2/15. Tried to explain situation but individuals were already rude and didn't allow me time to explain. I called back several times and no answer, must have been on purpose because when I called back in the afternoon, the manager knew who I was before I could speak.
A good place to go in kirtland nm, of your feeling like a sandwich also if your wanting to eat healthy, one of these days I'll try the breakfast sandwiches along with the pizzaFood: 5/5

I'm a huge Subway lover and I have been to many different Subway locations. This one is probably one of the worst. The food has always been satisfactory to an extent but the service on the other hand is usually very dissatisfying. It seems to be this location's goal to hire the rudest people they can find, I have had myself treated poorly, and I have watched many other patrons also be treated very poorly simply for existing in the store. There's another Subway location just down the hill, a couple miles away, and I would much rather drive a little further to be treated nicely. Skip this location and go to the location that provides good service and friendliness. Vegetarian options: Subway is a build your own sandwich type of quick service restaurant, so you can build your own vegetarian sandwich as you see fit. Just be sure to ask for extra veggies as you go because generally they are skimpy on the amount that they give you.
We love our Kirtland Subway!!! Staff is always so nice, professional and accurate! This location is our favorite!!!! Vegetarian options: All kinds of veggies to choose from. And salads too!! I routinely order from this subway. I have always had a great experience. However, on my last visit i was ignored for 7 minutes and finally had to ask if they were open. They said they were and continued to prepare bread to be placed in the oven. After 10 minutes I was able to order, but was told they didnt have the bread I requested or any steak. I understand that businesses run out of stuff but this location had just barely opened. Very disappointed. Not sure I will use this subway again based on this experience.
Absolutely great staff!! They were slammed when I went in and yet they had everyone taking care of in just minutes!! Also definitely one of cleanest ones I’ve seen in awhile!! No mixed up containers, no droppings all over the counter!! Great job ladies!!!!
