A must see!! The exhibits are interesting and enlightening. The curator is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The short movie presentation on local African Americans is sure to capture your attention.
Very informative with lots of great exhibits. Got to meet an Aggie basketball star, Barry Davis, who volunteers there.Visited onWeekdayWait time1 hr+Reservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
The wait was due to tv broadcast crew having to remove equipment. The hosts were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Enjoyed it.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
It is very informative without being overwhelming. There were a lot of displays that change periodically. There was even two students available to educate as well.
I wanted to visit this Museum, but jit was closed although the time shows they are open. We went there on a rainy afternoon as I wanted to visit it before I leave the Area.

Awesome depiction of black history especially the movement of slaves from Africa through the South American countries into north America. Our host at museum was totally informative and interacted at all the appropriate times. Looking forward to returning in May for a special event there hosting with the Smithsonian Museum.
