I came for my yearly mammogram so I was a little nervous. I was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful instructions on where to go. The check in process was extremely smooth and fast. The technician was amazing, caring and thoughtful and helped ease my mind and make this experience extremely nice.
My husband’s condition ends us in the ER too often. The team here are just amazing and professional, respectful and careful. The lead doctor listened to me and used his professional judgment making this particular trip so much less painful! Thank you for getting my husband stable and pain free so quickly!!
Once the door was finally opened supposed to open At 7 am by security but at 7:03 one of the hospital volunteers took upon herself to get us inside. Then it was a 45 minute wait to register, which seemed excessive, before heading to the back desk. I was on time and yet still arrived late for the appointment. The mammogram itself was flawless; excellent work but there definitely needs to be some improvement made up front.
If you haven't had a baby lately let me tell you.. the labor and delivery team will definitely make you want to have one. The entire team was amazing but Annette and Tracy made me have by far the best experience ever. I want to thank you for all your much appreciated hard work and all the love and attention you guys gave us. I'm sad to say this will be my last baby cause I would of definitely enjoyed all the pampering again. Thank you so much.!
Me and my wife have lived in the area for 2 1/2 years. I've traveled all over most of the last 10 years for work and have been to many different hospitals including the ones around Dallas-Fort Worth where I'm from and I have had the best experiences here when it comes to going to the ER. The staff, nurses and Doctors are great and I'm never waiting that long to be seen. And that for me my wife and my son.
We arrived later in the afternoon and got right in to registration. The ER staff was great! Was shown the way to Radiology and got right into a room for xrays. Quick survive. Thanks
The Dr's and nursing care has been great from the e.r. to the patient floor. The food is usually cold and the order is usually wrong. There is an extremely rude housekeeper who works at the main entrance. I placed an item in the trash and she asked me if I had put something in there. I replied yes and she said "don't you see me working here?" Ummm. Excuse me....where would you prefer the trash lol another time on a weekend I asked about when main entrance would open and also got a very rude response from her. Sorry...Don't know her name but when I find out I'll be reporting her to administrator as this is the 1st impression you get when you arrive
My mom was here for 6 days this month for a heart related issue. We are EXTEMELY pleased with her care, from the quick and caring response of the ER staff, to the 2nd floor staff. Everyone was caring, informative, attentive, and kind to her.
Your ER staff is absolutely horrible and has no proper medical care. If your doctors would have done the proper scans for my grandfather, you would have caught his brain tumors but instead you left him in paralysis on his left side. He came in with no motor skills in hand and you decided to do a chest X-ray ? I’m not a medical professional but that doesn’t seem like proper care. No MRI, no CT not even an X-ray of his hand. But the X-ray did show a mass on his lungs but you decided not to provide any help or answers just to see a specialist. Your hospital kills people and let’s them die in front of your staffs eyes. Thank God for proper medical care at other hospitals with caring staff who want to help heal and provide resources. I hope no one comes to your hospital ever. You’re a morgue not a hospital.
Worst ER Hospital ever. I wouldn't take a dog there. I promise, they haven't heard the last of me. I could of died there if, I didn't get sent to Houston for some REAL PROFESSIONAL help. Save yourself and just go to Houston unless you're ready to be 6ft under. I repeat, WORST ER HOSPITAL EVER
