Dedicated to improving the breast health of men and women in northern Indiana, the Breast Health Programs at United Health Services provide education, individualized care management and access to medical resources for the early detection of breast cancer.
Heartstrings Sisters~ Goshen, Indiana
Free screening mammograms are provided to medically underserved women ages 40 to 90, as well as provide emotional support for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients by linking them with other survivors.
Secret Sisters Society ~ South Bend, Indiana
Provides screening mammograms for women, ages 40-49, who would otherwise be unable to afford an annual mammogram.
College of Arts and Letters at The University of Notre Dame
Provides clinical breast exams, mammograms and diagnostic services for women in St. Joseph County who are under 40, and do not have access to mammograms because of their age.
Young Survivors ~ South Bend, Indiana
Provides clinical breast exams, mammograms and diagnostic services for women
who are under 40 and do not have access to mammograms because of their age.
