BREC's Highland Road Community Park

I love taking my dog here. I spend a lot of time, and money on my dog. I appreciate a clean, safe area for dogs to be social. Beware though dog parks are all the same on this point: no matter how nice the Dog Park is there will always be a dog that growls and nips at others, but before you say anything to the owner of said dog, make yourself watch and decide if your dog is getting hurt or are you being overly protective, and if you say anything remember they will be overly protective too.

We rented one of the party rooms in 2016 for my daughters baby shower. I could not have been more pleased. It was a beautiful room, the perfect size, and was very inexspencize for the amount of time given. They supplied all the tables and chairs. We were so pleased my daughter rented a room here this year for my grandsons 2nd birthday. We were just a happy this time as we were last. I would recommend this center to anyone for any reason.

Awesome park with much to do here. There is a nice play ground, a splash pad area, disc golf, nature trails anduch more. The beautiful scenery alone will distract you enough to enjoy yourself.

Went around eight in the morning. People are pleasant. Nice scenery. Places to have small gatherings.

Played a round of disc golf. The park is beautiful and there are amateur and pro baskets, which was awesome. The tees and baskets are marked well and easy to find using the Udisc app, but the course was super wet and muddy. Also the tees for the next hole, aren't very close to the last hole's basket, which made it feel like you are doing way more walking in between holes, than actually playing. The course has a good mix of easier holes and more challenging ones, and you definitely feel like you get a work out walking up and down the hilly area. We left after only completing the first 9 holes because my shoes were completely soaked and my legs and pants covered in mud all the way up my calves. Next time I'll wear waterproof boots, so I can finish the course! Also, I wouldn't do this course without a disc retriever, as I got bit several times trying to get my disc out of the bushes and needed it to fish my disc out of the water on hole 1!

Great place to rent for parties! We hosted my daughters baby shower there two years ago. My daughter hosted my grandsons 2nd birthday there today! Very affordable nice rooms with an amazing playground for the kids. They have a basketball gym, tennis, and it's wonderful for birding.

Awesome disc golf course and great place to bring the family & your dogs for some outdoors fun.

Great park to take the dogs for walks!

Very nice, well manicured community park. There's tennis, splash park for toddlers, frisbee golf, walking, jogging, picnicing, quiet place for studying, bird watching, squirrels, little creeks with fish!
