Lisa is an absolute sweetheart & so accommodating to sudden changes in scheduling or in my case needing to bring a dog under a medical watch with me. She's very gentle but welcomes feedback on the type of care you best respond to & works with you.
Lisa Breisch is mentally ill. She called the police on my brother when he was 8, claiming he was violent. Even though my dad was attacking my brother every week for 20 years.
I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. My son had a tele-health visit on JULY 16. He still hasn’t received a call. No apology for missed appt, no explanation, nadda. ZERO CONTACT OF ANY KIND. I’ve left 14 messages in the months since and NOT ONE RETURN CALL nor has anyone responded to my emails. The backslide my son has suffered due to the negligence of this dumpster fire is unforgivable. This place is a joke at best, ran by clowns. So utterly disgusted and disappointed. The “therapist” is a low life. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
Awful. I bought massages from here to go along with my treatment/therapy and they never returned my call to make an appointment for therapy or massage but kept my money. I called 20 plus times left a voicemail every time and never once got a call back. Thankfully now I see act therapy in Machesney park and she’s been nothing but professional. I’d never send my patients here.
She is wonderful. I would not be where I am today without her.
