Went for Tuesday night karaoke. Had a great time! Friendly staff and clients from all age groups Small bar. Not too crowded, but no where near “dead” either. Diverse in every aspect. Karaoke DJ seemed to know her job and enjoy what she does. Highly recommend if you enjoy karaoke.Service: 5/5
Went to see my son perform and was pleased by this establishment! The music played before the live gig was eclectic and engaging. The clientele was welcoming and I am 58 and don't really represent the Riverwest esthetic so to speak but felt so" included " parking was easy and the place was easy to find. I hope to see other musicians there in the future here's some suggestions: Nikki Lane,Eskimo Brothers, The Suffers, Diane Coffee,Twan Mack
Great Place to Sit and Get sum Work Done! Food is Awesome, and the Coffee is NICE and STRONG to Getcha GoingThanks Again Guy'sFood: 5/5
Great beer selection, friendly staff, pinball and live music of all sorts makes this one of the best bars in the city. Diverse crowd keeps it interesting. Gets busy but not too busy that you can't hold a conversation. And the drinks are SUPER reasonable. Keep an eye on what music they got going on cuz it changes frequently. And Karaoke is Tuesday and they do it better than most places in town
Had a blast. Free live music fairly priced drinks with a wide selection of bourbonFood: 3/5
Grungy Riverwest bar at its best! Love the back room all stickered up by bands of the past. The clientele is funky and friendly. Good bands the night I went.
Place is a mess starting with the staff, security guard short white guy definitely should get fired!! He doesn’t do his job let people back in the bar after being disrespectful throwing drinks and putting their hands on other PAYING customers!!! Gets drunk on the job and spend a lot of his time outside doing his own thing.
Great times in Milwaukee! Chris Head and The Honchos with Bobcat One Man Band performed alternating sets to a small but appreciative crowd. I look forward to coming back around in early August
The hospitable staff is unforgettable and live music was Famtastic. Ive seen some great Milwaukee bands there many nights. Local legends, Sterling, and Secondhand Souls just to name a few of my favorite. Played darts with friends, needs new darts but overall great place to blow off some steam and have a few beers.
Riotous fun or a chill time? This endlessly versatile dive serves up both with ease. Karaoke is always phenomenal with Trixie at the helm — I've belted it out all across Milwaukee and even tried classic KTV in Taiwan, but as soon as I stepped into Bremen's back room, it felt like I'd finally come home. All the bartenders especially Jake are rad at their jobs and make you feel welcome no matter what brings you by. An absolute Riverwest staple.
