On a quick note yes this is the place to go in Paducah for cigars there is literally no question about that. The owner and employees are very respectful to anyone and everyone that walks through the doors. I sit in there and smoke cigars almost an entire day of the week if not more when I'm down there on my extensive visits. They have a wonderful selection and even their own house blend cigars are even superior to some that I have found with a brand name. With that being said and after reading so many negative comments that all sound similar. I would have to say that they are very confused with the gentleman across town, who treats you like garbage if you don't dress like money, talk like you're going to spend a lot of money, or even walking to his humidor at which that point he is on your coattails as if you're going to steal something. The man won't even let you use his bathroom after buying a cigar! Brentley's is the place to go! I don't know why these few people are writing such negative reviews but, I assure you they are not talking about Brentley's.
It's okay for a small shop. Humidity in the humidor seemed to be off. I noticed quite a few swelled/cracked cigars. I did find a few of my favorite LFD smokes. That seemed to be the only wow factor for me. A lot of the product in the humidor had a chalky film all over everything. I suspect dust. I noticed a small fan running that was just caked with it. I was told by the nice gentleman working that it was "just humidity"....I live in Florida. The cigar stores I go to do not have that problem at all. And if for some reason the humidity is so high that it is literally frosting the entire inventory, the cigars would explode. The humidity should be relative to the ambient temperature. Anyway, I can see some good potential with this store. The place including the humidor really just needs to be cleaned up and maintained better. Very nice people, nice selection of traditional pipes and loose tobacco as well as some smoking accessories. I'll be back in the future to see if any improvements are made.
Prices seemed a little high even for a brick & mortar shop. Good selection, though.
This is a fun place to buy perdomo cigars or any other kind owner Brent and wife was friendly and nice and has a lot knowledge about cigars and I was proud to buy from him and I'll definitely be back. Thank you for a great day and also taking my picture to send it to someone that works for as a rep for Perdomo cigars. Thanks again to Brent and his wife God bless.
Great people and great service! I dont understand these negative reviews their humidors are on point, with nice fresh cigars. They have all the top brands Ashton, My Father, Rocky Patel. You would be stupid buying a cigar from anywhere else.
I just stopped in here, as I was traveling. Great selection. Friendly staff. I picked up a few Opus X cigars, and some Fuente Hemingways. I'm so glad I stopped!
Stopped by on a road trip. I wish this place was closer to home. Very, very nice selection of cigars, and like others have noted, the prices are fair. There are 2 walk in humidors brimming with premium hand-rolled beauties. The gentleman working was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great selection and knowledgeable, friendly staff. They also allow smoking of your cigar right on premises if you so choose.
A fine place to go if you are looking for cigars. They have a large selection of quality cigars and the prices are fairly reasonable for their product. These aren't your typical cheap cigars that you can buy at a gas station, these cigars are for someone who appreciates a fine, smooth smoking cigar.
Man, this place is a gem. Two nice cigar humidors with absolutely top-notch brands, like Padron and My Father. The prices on these were AT LEAST $2 a stick less than what we had paid the day before at a tony cigar shop in Fayetteville Arkansas... really good prices. Some even less than that. Cigar smokers of Paducah rejoice! Also has a few Peterson pipes and a selection of pipe tobaccos in the tin good brands like Peterson and Dunhill and in bulk, the latter being pretty much all aromatics. From the curb, the building is unprepossessing; it looks like a vape shop or something, but there be real riches inside. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You can bet next time I'm in Paducah, you'll see me at the Tobacco Barn
