Very poor unprofessional ways of handling billing. Text/calls first. Supposedly a bill will follow. Not sure why doctors use them. Not a good frontline appearance when wanting to bill patients. Why do I have to waste my time making phone calls to them hunting down why I get a strange text with a link I refuse to click on telling me I owe money. Thumbs down.
Being as this is my first child, I delivered at the Melbourne birthing suite. It was the best experience of my life. I didn’t want to labor at the hospital but it was the best decision and if I had to again I pray that I get the same experience I had. Laboring was hard but my nurses were amazing, loving, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. They took such great care of my husband and I, they always made sure we had everything we needed and even when my pain was at its worse the nurse even massaged my back for me. All the nurses, midwifes, and doctors that took care of me were amazing. Absolutely just the best I cannot express it enough. Upon receiving my epidural I was very scared but my anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable he even enlightened me on the fact that I have scoliosis which I ever knew about. His team made my epidural process wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for a better team; he even my Christian music playing which put me more at ease; he worked so well with me seeing as I was in so much pain and couldn’t really get my body to relax and not move during the process.
Billed me beyond the EOB from the insurance company. They will not return the overpayment. Terrible company to deal with.
I have had other surgeries but none were as easy to go through as this. I had a total hysterectomy. I was comfortable the whole time. Before and after. I was happy when I woke up which is amazing for me. No nausea or pain. All the staff were great!!!
It is hard to describe but I shall try. I was there for a phlebotomy. Now while not major it certainly not on my bucket list of things to experience. However, from the very beginning the whole experience was more like an enjoyable social event. I did not feel like I was in a hospital but more a comfortable environment and Jeffrey Wolsczak did his part to make me feel totally safe and unafraid. He was engaging very professional and personable. I felt like he was a friend. He was amazing.
Very professional took a lot of time to answer questions and relieve my anxiety. I had no nausea and came out of the anesthesia very easily after the surgery! That does not always happen for me, I’m very pleased with this anesthesia team! Thank you!
They did a good job and I don't remember anything, once they got me on the table. When I became coherent and awake, it seemed like a slow and methodical process to get dressed and get ready to go, until I was able to get into my ride. They respected my needs and they made the process easy.
Very personable and professional! Everyone was making me laugh reducing any stress felt & they were having conversations with me prior to my Endoscopy. I was given anesthesia during my procedure and woke up shortly after! The longest process was prepping me for my procedure. I was at the hospital by 9am & leaving out the door at exactly 11am. I thank you & your staff for a job well done This was preformed at Palm Bay Hospital on 5/23/22
Great pre-op crew. Great post-op crew. Great surgical staff as evidenced by the results. Thx guys. I'll try not to ruin your artistry !
It was my first time ever going into surgery and being put to sleep. I was really scared I tried mentally preparing myself for weeks before my surgery and when they brought me in everyone was nice to me I didn’t feel as uncomfortable as I thought I would. I forgot my nurses name but she was really good to me since my mom couldn’t come with me she was there for me. The whole process was explained to me from my anesthesiologist my surgeon my nurse and it made my experience less scary plus the medicine I was offered to help me calm down. And the thing that scared me the most “anesthesia” was fine it was fast and now I’m not scared of it no more. It was easy to just trust everyone. The atmosphere wasn’t stressful to me and everyone comforted me. I’m happy with my experience and my results. Thank you so so much.
