They wont provide you maintenance on time nor they care about community maintenance. Trash pick up is irregular, they knowingly miss many time. Except for view and calm atmosphere I would not recommend at all
Recent staff, especially Heather has been quite rude to us in recent days. Their maintenance is not great even if you see staff roaming around every day around your buildings, they dont arrive in time. Amenities maintenance has been PATHETIC. Water fountain in gym is broken since years but nobody cares to repair it. Staff only cares about money.
Great place to live! Dog and cat friendly, easy to walk around between buildings, central AC, close to lots of shopping in Robinson! Plus Jenn in the office is great and was always able to help with my questions! Strongly recommend!
My husband and I loved this apartment complex! The gate didn't always work, and our truck was broken into once when we accidentally left it unlocked. Otherwise, it was a quiet place to live with beautiful views and friendly neighbors. Staff was always pleasant to work with as well. We lived there for a year and a half and only had the one issue. It wasn't uncommon to see rabbits and deer also, with made it feel very serene and peaceful.
It's a good place to stay for short term but not long term. They are charging high price for lease renewals. 150 to 200$ extra compared to new lease. If we stay for 2 or 4 years, that will be 400-500 bucks higher than market price. I reached out to leasing office. But I'm not getting proper response. They are saying they will talk with manager and get back to me. But no response afterwards.
No complaints about my apartment, but the management is terrible here. I chose this complex due to the security and was told in 2021 that the security gate would be fixed soon, and it’s now halfway through 2023 with still no gate. I and other neighbors have reached out multiple times since last year with little to no response. When the leasing office wouldn’t help me, I was told to speak with the manager Zach. It’s now been months of emails, phone calls, and attempts to meet, and management/Zach have completely ignored us. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating that they won’t fix or communicate about amenities that we have paid for, yet have increased rent since.
I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and my apartment at Ventana Hills. I’ve been in my 1-bedroom for about 10 months and I love it. The area is lovely in all seasons and when the weather is nice, the community is always outside and there are kids running around playing. My dog loves the dog park and there’s tons of space for long walks. It’s well maintained and everyone is friendly. I would 100% stay a resident if I was going to be in the area long-term. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well and so prompt with any request. It’s definitely an affordable option with great amenities for the price!
Very unprofessional, lack of communication, will charge you a pet fee even if you didn’t have your pet there anymore. They charge you a whole bunch of damage fees even though nothings wrong except their cheap cupboards peeling which they were made aware of prior to moving in. They were also aware my washer/dryer didn’t work properly….
Tony H is the best maintenance guy around! So kind, patient and accommodating to our needs. 10 out of 10 recommended
Love living at Ventana! Jenn, Heather, and Savannah in the office are great. Always willing ro help, and go the extra mile. Maintenance is always on top of it. Pool in the summer is awesome and I use the gym frequently. You will be happy here. *edit: I would advise against renting here due to high turnover in office and management. Promises will be made but not honored. Very over priced for what is offered.
